職責
(一) 就教資會/研資局之新撥款計劃提供行政及運作支援;
(二) 管理上述撥款計劃的網頁;
(三) 協助設立一個電子系統,以便利上述撥款計劃的運作 (當中包括購買該系統的設立服務,與承包商聯絡並跟進系統的設立過程、系統試行以及其實際運作和使用);
(四) 為策劃及籌備撥款計劃的評審會議提供支援(包括編制統計數據及草擬會議文件/報告等),並跟進有關會議的建議(包括撥款,計劃的彙報及監察等);
(五) 監督文書人員的工作,處理一般辦公室行政及記錄管理事宜; 以及
(六) 其他受指派的工作。

(a) to provide executive support to the administration and operation of the new funding schemes of the UGC/RGC;
(b) to manage the webpages of the aforementioned funding schemes;
(c) to assist in putting in place an electronic system to facilitate the operation of the aforementioned funding schemes (including the procurement of the said system’s production service, liaison with the successful contractor and follow through the production process, execution of the system’s trail run and its actual operation);
(d) to provide support in the planning and logistical arrangements for the funding schemes’ assessment meetings (including compilation of statistics and drafting of meeting papers/reports, etc) and all post-meetings follow-up (including funding disbursement, schemes’ reporting and monitoring, etc);
(e) to supervise the work of clerical staff and handle general administration matters and records management of the team; and
(f) to perform other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(一) 持有本港頒授的學士學位,或同等學歷;
(二) 在取得學士學位後,具備至少十五年工作經驗,當中至少十年於政府或高等教育界別工作。曾從事研究及公共撥款計劃的行政及/或相關支援工作的申請人,可獲優先考慮;
(三) 有良好的電腦應用知識,具策劃及進行系統用戶驗收測試的實際經驗,熟悉電腦系統管理運作及系統分析更佳;
(四) 具優良的組織能力、籌劃及分析技巧,並能於壓力下工作;
(五) 具備優良中英文書寫及口語能力;以及
(六) 勤奮進取、有強烈的責任感及獨立工作的能力。

(a) have a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;
(b) have at least 15 years’ post-degree working experience, of which at least 10 years in the Government and/or higher education sector. Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in research and public funding schemes’ administration and/or related support;
(c) have excellent computer proficiency and proven experience in planning and performing system/UAT testing. Hands-on experience in computer system administration and system analysis will be an advantage;
(d) possess strong organisational power, planning and analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure;
(e) have good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; and
(f) be proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work independently.

(1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績,以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績;香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
