職責

(a)負責領導律政司網站詞彙合併版項目的整體項目管理、統籌、推行、開發、測試、管理和維護工作。
(b)就詞彙合併版的規模和成果提供意見，並就詞彙合併版徵詢用戶所需、記錄業務需求和釐定當中優次，以及制訂業務運作流程和工序。
(c)核證詞彙合併版的所有成果，並在接收前確保質素達標。
(d)向資訊科技發展團隊扼要介紹編製漢英詞彙合併版的工作流程，並就推行方法提供意見。
(e)向法律草擬科高層首長級人員提供技術解決方案的意見。
(f)就所有範疇進行調查研究和界定規模，制定工作計劃和詳盡時間表，並協助為其他資訊科技項目尋求項目撥款。
(g)負責資訊科技項目所有階段的統籌和執行工作，包括可行性研究、系統分析和設計、採購和安裝電腦系統、項目推行、系統護理和維護。
(h)促進資訊科技發展團隊與持份者(包括法律草擬科的高層首長級人員)有效溝通，聯絡供應商並管理外判合約。 
- (i)執行管理層指派的其他資訊科技相關職務。

(a)To lead the overall project management, coordination, implementation, development, testing, management and maintenance of the Combined Glossaries project on the DoJ websites.
(b)To advise on the scope and deliverables for the Combined Glossaries, and to elicit user requirements, document and prioritise business requirements, formulate business process and workflow for the Combined Glossaries.
(c)To verify all deliverables for the Combined Glossaries and ensure their quality before acceptance.
(d)To brief the IT development team on the workflow procedures for compiling the Combined Chinese-English Glossary and provide advice on the implementation approach.
(e)To advise senior directorate officers in the Law Drafting Division on technology solutions.
(f)To conduct research, study and scoping on all aspects, devise workplans and detailed timescales, and assist in seeking project funding for other IT projects.
(g)To coordinate and carry out all phases of IT projects including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, implementation, system nursing and maintenance.
(h)To facilitate effective communication between the IT development team and the stakeholders, including senior directorate officers in the Law Drafting Division, and to liaise with vendors and manage outsourcing contracts. 
- (i)To carry out other IT-related duties as assigned by the management.

入職條件

申請人必須

(a)持有本港大學頒授的電腦科學、電腦工程學或相關學科學士學位，或具同等學歷；
(b)取得有關學歷後，在項目可行性研究，以及項目開發、推行、支援和維護各方面，具備至少15年豐富經驗，尤以資訊科技項目的經驗為佳；以及
(c)擔任管理層／高層人員至少七年，在制訂和推行策略以及管理業務項目發展方面，具備豐富工作經驗，尤以資訊科技相關範疇的經驗為佳。 註： 申請人如具備以下範疇的知識和經驗，會獲優先考慮 —
(1)開發、推行和支援網上應用系統；
(2)分析業務、制訂和重整業務運作流程／工序；
(3)為政府或其他機構出版辭彙或類似的法律資料；
(4)負責個案管理／知識管理／工序應用程式的推行或維護工作；以及
(5)負責法律業界項目的推行或維護工作。 持有本港大學頒授的資訊科技或相關範疇的碩士學位，或具同等學歷，並具備在政府部門的相關工作經驗者佔優。

Candidates should have

(a)a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline awarded by a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b)at least 15 years’ solid post-qualification experience in feasibility study, development, implementation, support and maintenance of projects, preferably IT projects; and
(c)at least 7 years’ solid work experience at managerial / senior level formulating and implementing strategies, and managing business project development, preferably in IT-related areas. Notes: Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge and experience in the following areas -
(1)development, implementation and support of web-based application system;
(2)business analysis, business process / workflow formulation and re-engineering;
(3)publication of glossaries or similar legal materials for the Government or other organizations;
(4)project implementation or maintenance in case management / knowledge management / workflow application; and
(5)project implementation or maintenance in the legal industry. Having a master degree in Information Technology or a related area awarded by a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, and relevant work experience in government departments would be an advantage.
