(a) To assist in devising communication plans and organising activities to convey the latest updates on curriculum development of Education Bureau (EDB) to various stakeholders;
(b) To assist in producing publicity materials to promote EDB's key messages;
(c) To assist in organising and conducting focus group meetings with various stakeholders to collect their views on EDB's new initiatives in curriculum development;
(d) To liaise with post-secondary sector to disseminate EDB's new initiatives in curriculum development, and to assist in collecting their views;
(e) To co-ordinate with other divisions/sections of the EDB to support the release of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination results, and to analyse survey data generated from Secondary 6 Students' Pathway Survey; and
(f) To undertake any other duties assigned.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note ii];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in school administration and / or with experience at supervisory level in secondary schools [See Note (iv)];
(e) Preference will be given to candidates who have a higher degree related to curriculum development and / or educational management or equivalent;
(f) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and
(g) Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic; have a fine character and integrity; be committed to serving in the education field; excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multi-tasking and work independently as well as in a team.
