職責
庫務會計師主要派駐於各政府部門／決策局擔任專業會計職務，例如財務會計、成本及管理會計、系統發展、內部稽核、會計調查工作、貸款／基金管理、津貼／資助計劃的財務監察及管理等。
A Treasury Accountant is mainly deployed to various bureaux/departments to perform professional duties such as financial accounting, cost and management accounting, system development, internal audit, investigatory accounting, loan/fund management, financial monitoring and management of subvention/funding schemes etc.
入職條件
申請人必須 ─
(a) 為香港會計師公會會計師，或具同等資格；
(b) 於獲得資格後，具備至少一年有關工作經驗（請在「截至目前為止的全部就業詳情」部分內的「工作性質」下填寫獲得資格後之相關工作經驗的職責細節）；
(c) 在綜合招聘考試的能力傾向測試中取得及格成績[註一]；及
(d) 符合以下語文能力要求：在綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷和中文運用試卷中分別取得“二級”和“一級”成績，或在其他考試取得同等成績[註一]；以及操流利粵語及英語。
招聘考試：申請人必須參加暫定於二零二一年五月二日在香港舉行的筆試，並須在有關筆試取得及格成績，方可能獲邀請參加遴選面試。該筆試為英文寫作試卷，目的是評估申請人的撰寫及組織能力。
由於審核所有申請需時，申請人獲邀請參加筆試並不表示已符合庫務會計師的入職條件。
(a) 為香港會計師公會會計師，或具同等資格；

Candidates should -
(a) be Certified Public Accountants of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or equivalent;
(b) have at least 1 year’s relevant post-qualification experience ( please furnish DETAILS OF THE JOB DUTIES for post-qualification experience under “Nature of Work” of the section “Full Employment Record to date”);
(c) have a pass result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) [Note 1]; and
(d) have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ in the Use of English paper and ‘Level 1’ in the Use of Chinese paper in the CRE, or equivalent [Note 1]; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English.
Recruitment Examination : Candidates are required to pass a written examination to be held tentatively on 2 May 2021 in Hong Kong before they will be further considered for selection interviews. The written examination is an English essay-type writing paper which aims at assessing candidates’ proficiency in written communication and organisation abilities.
As it takes time to process all applications, an invitation to the written examination does not imply that the candidate’s qualifications meet the entry requirements of the post of Treasury Accountant.

以下考試成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷的「二級」成績： (a) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；(b)香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上成績(或同等成績)或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上的成績； 及 (c) International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級6.5或以上(同一次考試中各項個別分級的成績須不低於6)。而該IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內（即由2021年3月5日至2021年3月19日）仍然有效。
以下考試成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試的中文運用試卷的「一級」成績： (a) 香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第4級」或以上成績；及 (b) 香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「D」級或以上的成績。
註二：為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
申請人如獲邀參加筆試，通常會在截止申請日期後約四個星期接獲通知。若筆試因任何理由改期，庫務署會在網站發佈有關消息及在筆試舉行前約兩星期以信件通知有關考生最新安排。如申請人未獲邀參加筆試，則可視作已經落選。有關邀請將以郵寄和電郵方式送出，申請人必須提供正確的通訊地址和電郵地址及確保電郵帳戶能正常接收郵件。 申請人應密切留意是次招聘進度。招聘進度資料將上載於網址www.try.gov.hk內。
