高級中醫藥主任的主要職務和職責如下：
- (a)為中醫藥處提供專業支援及建議；
- (b)協助統籌及推行中醫藥在香港的長遠發展和香港中醫藥界在香港以外市場發展的相關政策；
- (c)從專業角度協助統籌及推行有關中醫藥界的發展、中醫師與相關人員的專業發展、臨床服務發展、藥事管理、行政、科研、教育、公眾教育、宣傳及／或貿易等事宜的相關政策；
- (d)協助與本地、內地（包括粵港澳大灣區）及國際中醫藥界持份者溝通；
- (e)協助統籌及推行有關向公眾推廣中醫藥的措施；以及
- (f)履行其他由上級指派的職務。
職責
The Senior Chinese Medicine Officer will be deployed -
- (a)to provide professional support and advice to the Chinese Medicine Unit;
- (b)to assist in co-ordinating and implementing policies in relation to the long-term development of CM in Hong Kong, as well as the development of Hong Kong’s CM sector in markets outside Hong Kong;
- (c)to assist in co-ordinating and implementing policies in various matters in relation to the development of CM sector, the professional development of CM practitioners and related personnel, the development of clinical services, drug management, administration, research, education, public education, publicity and/or trading, from professional perspective;
- (d)to assist in engaging local, Mainland (including the Greater Bay Area) and international stakeholders in the CM sector;
- (e)to assist in co-ordinating and implementing initiatives relating to the promotion of CM to the public; and
- (f)to perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人必須在獲聘時已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民並必須在截止申請日期前 –
- (a)持有本港大學頒授的學士或深造學位，或同等學歷；
- (b)持有本港或本港以外的中醫藥相關的學術或專業資格；
- (c)具備最少8年與中醫藥相關的全職經驗，如臨床執業、藥事管理、行政、科研、教育、公眾教育、宣傳及／或貿易等；
- (d)熟悉國家與本地中醫藥發展政策；以及
- (e)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績（見註1）。
符合下列條件的申請人將獲優先考慮 –
- (a)熟悉香港的醫療體制，包括醫療架構、服務及專業；
- (b)具備與中醫藥界有事務往來或共事及／或推廣中醫藥的經驗；以及
- (c)操流利普通話（見註2）。
註1：
政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）「E級」成績，在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第2級」成績。
註2：
申請人須在申請表的「學歷」欄內註明普通話水平。
Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment and should possess by the application deadline -
- (a)a Bachelor or post-graduate degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent;
- (b)academic or professional qualification related to Chinese medicine (CM) obtained from Hong Kong or outside Hong Kong;
- (c)at least 8 years of full-time experience with relevance in the fields of CM, such as clinical practice, drug management, administration, research, education, public education, publicity and/or trading;
- (d)familiarity with the national and local policies on the development of CM; and
- (e)meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent (see note 1 below).
Candidates who possess the following attributes would be an advantage:
- (a)knowledge of Hong Kong healthcare system, including healthcare structure, services and professions;
- (b)experience in dealing or working with the CM sector and/or promoting CM;
- (c)good command in Putonghua (see note 2 below).
Note 1:
For appointment purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
Note 2:
Candidates should indicate the proficiency in Putonghua under the item “Academic Attainment” in the application form.
