職責
(i) 協助監督與投資推廣小組有關的所有財務管理及行政事宜,例如監察開支狀況、進行結算預測;
(ii) 協助監察與內地及海外投資推廣小組有關的人力資源事宜,例如聘任、工作表現管理、培訓及發展;
(iii) 協調及監察投資推廣小組的人力策劃及人手狀況;以及
(iv) 就投資推廣小組的內部管理事宜向首長級人員提供支援;並執行其他臨時職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is the department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investments in Hong Kong. Its dedicated Corporate Services (CS) team provides corporate support services including financial management, general administration, human resources, as well as training and staff development.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our dynamic CS team as Senior Manager providing support in housekeeping the Investment Promotion Units (IPUs) in the Mainland and overseas offices. You will play a crucial role in handling financial matters, administration, personnel and staff development. Detailed responsibilities include the following:
Duties
(i) To assist in overseeing all financial management and administrative matters relating to the IPUs such as monitoring their spending positions, conducting outturn forecast;
(ii) To assist in monitoring human resource matters relating to IPUs in the Mainland and overseas offices such as appointments, performance management, training and development;
(iii) To coordinate and oversee the drawing up of manpower plans and staffing position of all IPUs; and
(iv) To provide support to the Directorate in other housekeeping matters of the IPUs; and to perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 具備最少五年相關全職工作經驗,在財務、工商管理、人力資源、培訓及員工發展範疇或類似範疇取得;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修財務、工商管理、人力資源管理,或相關學科為佳;
(c) 必須操流利英語、廣東話及普通話,通曉其他語言更佳;
(d) 精通英文及中文文書處理,以及Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint的應用;以及
(e) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c))。
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修財務、工商管理、人力資源管理,或相關學科為佳;
(c) 必須操流利英語、廣東話及普通話,通曉其他語言更佳;
(d) 精通英文及中文文書處理,以及Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint的應用;以及
(e) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c))。
(a) Minimum five years of relevant full-time work experience gained in finance, business administration, human resources, staff training and development, or similar;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in finance, business administration, human resources management or related subjects;
(c) Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Knowledge of other language(s) would be an advantage;
(d) Proficient in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(e) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c)).
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in finance, business administration, human resources management or related subjects;

(b) 香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。
(c) 在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士,在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內,其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS 考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日仍然有效。
