Assistant Manager (Leisure and Creative Industries Cluster)(Ref: IPA/02/2021)

職責
(i) 為專責休閒及創意產業組群的行業專家團隊提供投資推廣支援;
(ii) 製作高質素的市場推廣及報告材料,加強宣傳香港為投資目的地;
(iii) 舉辦及支援投資推廣活動(如:實體研討會/網上研討會/網上或社交媒體上的推廣活動,以及其他以實體及網上模式進行的業界活動),促進跨團隊合作及與外間持份者的交流;
(iv) 就休閒及創意產業的特別項目或措施,向行業專家團隊提供合適支援,包括但不限於推出休閒及創意產業的專題項目,以及就贊助活動和其他宣傳活動與海外團隊聯絡和協調;
(v) 協助舉辦市場推廣活動,包括但不限於擬備來賓名單、草擬邀請函,及制訂活動流程;
(vi) 協助設計及更新市場推廣和宣傳材料的內容,例如通訊、手冊、傳單、小冊子及單張等;
(vii) 通過參考商貿文件、搜集資料及與潛在投資者會面,整理公司背景及市場趨勢等資料,包括數據收集、分析及撰寫報告;
(viii) 在各展覽及贊助活動的展位工作並接待來賓;以及
(ix) 與潛在的公司及行業持份者會面以建立人脈,並參加在香港舉行的各項商業活動,包括研討會、會議及展覽,以吸引潛在客戶。

(v) 協助舉辦市場推廣活動,包括但不限於擬備來賓名單、草擬邀請函,及制訂活動流程;
(vi) 協助設計及更新市場推廣和宣傳材料的內容,例如通訊、手冊、傳單、小冊子及單張等;
(vii) 通過參考商貿文件、搜集資料及與潛在投資者會面,整理公司背景及市場趨勢等資料,包括數據收集、分析及撰寫報告;
(viii) 在各展覽及贊助活動的展位工作並接待來賓;以及
(ix) 與潛在的公司及行業持份者會面以建立人脈,並參加在香港舉行的各項商業活動,包括研討會、會議及展覽,以吸引潛在客戶。
(i) To provide investment promotion support to the Leisure and Creative Industries (LCI) cluster specialist teams;
(ii) To produce high-quality marketing and presentation materials with strong propositions of Hong Kong as an investment destination;
(iii) To organise and support investment promotional campaigns (e.g. physical seminars/ webinars/ online/social media campaigns and other relevant business events, both physical and virtual), facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication with external stakeholders;
(iv) To support LCI special projects or initiatives as deemed appropriate by sector specialist teams, including but not limited to launching activities of LCI pitchbook, liaison and coordination with overseas teams on sponsored events and other promotional activities;
(v) To assist with marketing and promotion activities and events, including but not limited to the preparation of guest lists, invitation letters and event logistics;
(vi) To assist in the development and update of the contents of marketing and promotional materials, such as newsletter, brochures, flyers, booklets and leaflets, etc.;
(vii) To collate information such as company backgrounds and market trends, including data collection, analysis and compiling reports, through referencing trade documents, desktop research and meetings with prospective investors;
(viii) To man the booth and receive guests at exhibition and sponsored events; and
(ix) To meet with potential companies and industry stakeholders for building rapport and attend business events in Hong Kong including seminars, conferences and exhibitions for generating leads.

入職條件
(a) 具備最少三年與市場推廣、公共關係、廣告或活動統籌相關的全職工作經驗;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修工商管理、市場推廣、傳訊、公共關係、廣告、活動統籌或相關學科為佳;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c));
(d) 通曉其他語言者更佳;
(e) 熟悉在數碼媒體及其他社交媒體平台上制定有效宣傳策略(如製作短片、策劃網上研討會等)者更佳;以及
(f) 精通英文及中文文書處理,以及Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint的應用。

(a) A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in marketing, public relations, advertising, or events management;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in business management, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, events management or related subjects;
(c) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c));
(d) Knowledge of other language(s) would be an advantage;
(e) Familiarity of implementing effective strategies on digital media and other social media platforms such as video production, webinar production etc. would be an advantage; and
(f) Proficient in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
