職責
合約助理園境主任主要負責協助園境師進行園境規劃、繪製園境設計圖則、樹木風險評估、植物護理、監管工程合約，以及制訂和執行各類園境工程計劃和行動方案。
Contract Assistant Landscape Officer will be mainly deployed to assist Landscape Architects in carrying out landscape planning, preparing landscape designs, tree risk assessment, vegetation maintenance, supervising contracts and preparing and implementing project programmes and action plans for landscape work.

申請人必須－
(a) 持有園林建築學學位或具有香港園境師學會認為符合參加該會專業資格考試所定學歷要求的資格，或同等資格；
(b) 在取得學歷資格後，具備兩年以上的實習培訓及╱或工作經驗（截至2021年11月30日為止）[參閱註(1)]，以符合香港園境師學會專業考試的培訓要求，或具備同等培訓或工作經驗；及
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試的兩份語文試卷(包括中文運用和英文運用)中取得一級成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(2)] 。

Candidates should have –
(a) a degree in Landscape Architecture or a qualification which is acceptable to the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects (HKILA) as satisfying the academic requirements for admission into the HKILA Professional Practice Examination, or equivalent;
(b) over two years’ post-academic practical training and/or experience by 30 November 2021 [See Note (1)] satisfying the training requirements for admission into the HKILA Professional Practice Examination, or equivalent; and
(c) have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 1’ results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Note (2)].

(2) 政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第4級成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科D級的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的一級成績。
香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績；或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第4級成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科D級成績；或GCE A Level English Language 科D級成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的一級成績。
在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(3) 獲錄取的申請人可能需輪班當值及不定時工作。
(4) 獲錄取的申請人可能需於戶外工作。
