職責
(i) 管理投資推廣署在數碼及印刷渠道的內容行銷;撰寫簡潔吸引、可於不同平台轉用的宣傳文案,以推廣香港最近的營商環境及機遇;
(ii) 撰寫有趣吸引的客戶案例,包括投資案例及客戶簡介,以第三方的角度宣傳在香港開展業務的優勢;與客戶會面,並與行業分組及海外團隊密切合作撰寫案例;
(iii) 監督短片內容製作,包括創作故事大綱、撰寫劇本、前期及後期製作;
(iv) 監督如季刊、年報等定期刊物的製作,包括內容策劃、編輯、翻譯、校對、設計排版及印刷安排;
(v) 就特別市場推廣傳訊或主題項目,與其他決策局/部門及持份者協調;
(vi) 督導一個小組,確保內地及海外辦事處所需的市場推廣宣傳品迅速準確地交付;以及
(vii) 執行其他受指派的特別職務。

(i) To manage content marketing at InvestHK for both digital and print channels; and to produce pithy and engaging copy which can be re-purposed for different platforms to promote the latest business environment and opportunities in Hong Kong;
(ii) To create interesting client stories, including case studies and client profiles, as third-party testimonial on the benefits of setting up a business in Hong Kong; and to conduct client interviews and work closely with sector and overseas teams on the narrative;
(iii) To oversee video content production, including development of storyboard, script-writing, pre- and post-production;
(iv) To oversee the production of regular publications such as quarterly newsletter and annual report, including content planning, editing, translation, proofreading, design layout and printing arrangement;
(v) To coordinate special marketing communications or theme-based projects with other bureaux / departments and stakeholders;
(vi) To supervise a small team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of marketing collaterals requested by Mainland and overseas offices; and
(vii) To perform other ad hoc duties as required.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修新聞、市場推廣、語文、傳訊或有關科目為佳。如有更高學歷者更佳;
(b) 中英文溝通技巧卓越;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c));
(d) 具備最少五年市場推廣及傳訊的工作經驗,及三年與中英文撰稿相關的全職工作經驗;
(e) 對印刷生產的市場推廣宣傳品設計具有豐富知識;
(f) 熟悉在不同市場推廣渠道制定有效內容宣傳策略;
(g) 對香港營商環境具有豐富知識,具有投資推廣、市場推廣及傳訊、又或經濟發展的相關工作背景及知識者更佳;以及
(h) 必須操流利英語、廣東話及普通話。通曉其他語言如日語、法語或德語更佳。

(a) A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably in journalism, marketing, languages, communications or related field. A higher degree would be an advantage;
(b) Excellent English and Chinese communication skills;
(c) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c));
(d) Minimum five years of marketing and communications experience and three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in English and Chinese copy writing;
(e) Knowledge and good understanding of marketing collateral design to print production;
(f) Familiarity of implementing effective content strategies across marketing channels;
(g) Knowledge and good understanding of Hong Kong’s business environment, knowledge of and experience in investment promotion, marketing communications or economic development would be an advantage; and
(h) Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Proficiency in another language such as Japanese, French or German will be an advantage.
