(1) To provide professional advice and support on architectural matters in connection with the design, planning and implementation of the Kai Tak Sports Park project (KTSP), and this also includes the review of the detailed design and materials submission, and supervision of the construction works on site;
(2) To assist Senior Architect (SA) in vetting the Detail Design Approval submissions of the architectural design work by the Contracted Party to ensure compliance with the Contract;
(3) To assist SA in the liaison and coordination with the other bureaux and departments concerned on the statutory and licensing compliance related issues, and liaison on the interfacing projects adjoining the KTSP;
(4) To monitor performance of the Resident Site Staff, Technical Services Consultants and Independent Design Checkers;
(5) To monitor the performance of the Contracted Party of the KTSP and its sub-contractors;
(6) To guide, supervise and appraise the performance of the Senior Technical Officers, Technical Officers and site staff including the Senior Clerk of Works and Clerk of Works in the KTSP project team;
(7) To support the senior management in the preparation of and participation in the meetings, presentations and briefings related to the KTSP; and
(8) To perform any other duties as assigned by the senior management.

Applicants should -
(1) be Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent; and Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong;
(2) have at least one year' relevant post-qualification experience; and
(3) have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 4” or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [See Note (1) & (2)];
