職責
為錄播和直播節目提供字幕服務；替中、英文節目謄寫及校對字幕；處理及操作電視字幕系統；提供字幕製作各項相關後勤及聯絡工作。

Responsible for providing subtitling service in studio and live production; transcribing & proof-reading subtitles for Chinese and English programmes; operating television subtitle system and providing all subtitle-related logistics and coordination duties.

(a) (i) 持有香港頒授的學位，以主修語言、翻譯、新聞、傳理，或具備同等學歷；或
(ii) 持有香港大專院校頒授的認可高級文憑或認可副學士學位，以主修語言、翻譯、新聞、傳理，或具備同等學歷，並具有一年從事媒體或新聞工作經驗；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註]。

(ii) 熟悉本地及國際時事新聞則更為理想。

Candidate should have –
(a) (i) a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, major in Language Studies / Translation / Journalism / Communication, or equivalent; OR
(ii) an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree, major in Language Studies / Translation / Journalism / Communication, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 1 year’s media or journalistic experience; AND
(b) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (1)].
Candidates who possess –
(i) experience in TV programme subtitle production; and
(ii) good understanding of local and international current affairs will have an advantage.
[Note (1): “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as compared to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. (2) Candidates may be required to pass trade test(s) for consideration of his/her suitability for appointment. (3) Candidates have to provide documentary proofs of their qualifications and relevant experience before or after the recruitment interview.]
