- (a)就與模擬飛行訓練中心的運作相關聯的統籌事宜上與承建部門、政府工務部門、顧問、承辦商及其他持份者協調；
- (b)與製造商協調模擬飛行訓練器的相關事宜；
- (c)就歐盟航空安全局和香港民航處對模擬飛行訓練器作出資格評核時提供工程支援；
- (d)與製造商協調關於模擬飛行訓練器的運作及維修支援的相關事宜；
- (e)於模擬飛行訓練器的初期運作時就合規監察系統的應用上提供支援；及
- (f)因應需要執行其他職務。
職責
- (a)To coordinate with works agent, works departments, consultant, contractors and other stakeholders on matters relating to the implementation of the Flight Simulator Training Centre Project;
- (b)To coordinate with the Flight Simulator Training Device (FSTD) manufacturer on matters relating to the FSTD project;
- (c)To provide engineering support during qualification evaluation of the FSTD by European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and HKCAD;
- (d)To coordinate with the FSTD manufacturer on operations issues and maintenance support of the FSTD;
- (e)To support the application of CMS during initial operation of the FSTD; and
- (f)To carry out any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格：
- (a)持有香港民航處《香港航空要求–66(航空器維修執照)》B1.3 類別﹔
- (b)熟悉直升機的運作與性能，對直升機模擬飛行訓練器的運作與性能亦有良好瞭解者尤佳；
- (c)熟悉彙編直升機的維修日程；
- (d)熟悉合規監察系統 (CMS)；
- (e)具備資深的工程工作背景及能力與經驗；
- (f)對政府飛行服務隊的運作有適當的瞭解者尤佳；
- (g)熟悉政府的運作程序，並具備最少三年管理及統籌政府工務項目的工作經驗；
- (h)具備最少三年審批承辦商提交的技術文件的工作經驗；
- (i)具備最少二十年督導階層的工作經驗；及
- (j)具有良好中英文會話及書寫能力。
Candidates should -
- (a)be a holder of Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) Aircraft Maintenance License (HKAR-66) with Category B1.3;
- (b)have good knowledge of helicopter operations and performance with preferably fair knowledge of helicopter simulator operations and performance;
- (c)have good understanding on compilation of maintenance schedule on helicopters;
- (d)have good understanding on Compliance Monitoring System (CMS);
- (e)have high level engineering background with proven ability and experience;
- (f)preferably have a reasonable understanding of the operations of the GFS;
- (g)have good knowledge of government procedures and at least three years of experience in managing and coordinating government works projects;
- (h)have at least three years of experience in vetting technical documents submitted by contractors;
- (i)have at least twenty years of experience working in a supervisory position; and
- (j)have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
