合約高級訓練經理(銜接訓練)
Contract Senior Training Manager (Conversion Training)
每月月薪港幣112,250元至120,495元,視乎應徵者的相關工作經驗而定。
職責
(a) 與相關單位協調並擬定銜接訓練課程的範圍;
(b) 監察為航空交通管制主任及航空交通事務員所草擬的訓練課程計劃的發展進度及進行覆檢;
(c) 監察銜接訓練課程的執行及向管理層提供定期的進度報告;
(d) 帶領及指導銜接訓練主任準備及教授模擬練習;以及
(e) 提供根據國際民航組織規定的相關訓練,包括航空語言和人為因素的培訓,並在有需要時進行相關評估。

(a) To collaborate with relevant unit(s) and define the scope of the conversion training program;
(b) To oversee the development and review of conversion training plans for Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCO) and Air Traffic Flight Services Officers (ATFSO);
(c) To oversee the execution of the conversion training program and produce regular progress reports to the Management;
(d) To lead and provide guidance to Conversion Training Officers (CTO) in preparing and conducting conversion training courses; and
(e) To provide relevant training including aviation language and human factors in accordance with ICAO requirements and conduct related assessment if necessary.
(Note: Post holder may be required to work irregular hours.)

申請人須:
(a) 具有最少合共十年見習航空交通管制主任及持牌航空交通管制主任經驗,而當中包括最少五年從事相關航空交通管制執照所訂明的航空交通管制工作;
(b) 除(a)項之外,亦具有最少十年籌劃及教授航空交通管制(空管)資歷訓練課程的實際經驗。而當中有最少四年為籌劃及推行專為本地或海外航空交通管制員而設計的儀器和程序銜接訓練;
(c) 擁有最少三年管理空管監察模擬器的實際經驗,當中亦需包括專為儀器和程序銜接訓練所作出的相關制定和更改模擬練習的經驗,而該模擬器需要在同一時間能提供十個或以上的模擬器席位作訓練用途;
(d) 具備對國際民航組織所訂立的標準及空管訓練的操作流程有良好知識和有能力進行航空語言能力訓練及評估;以及
(e) 如申請人對品質管理系統如ISO9001:2015當中有關文件管理程序熟悉,則會被視為有利條件。

Candidates –
(a) should possess at least 10 years of cadet and licenced Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) experience and have been working as an operational air traffic controller exercising the privilege of an air traffic control license for at least 5 years;
(b) in addition to (a), should possess at least 10 years of practical experience in planning and conducting Air Traffic Control (ATC) rating training courses of which at least 4 years should be specialized in planning and execution of equipment and procedure conversion training for local or overseas air traffic controllers;
(c) should possess at least 3 years of practical experience in managing ATC surveillance simulator for training of 10 or more simulator positions at any one time. The experience should include the creation and modification of simulation exercises specially designed for equipment and procedure conversion training;
(d) should possess good knowledge in International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) standards and ATC training practices and be able to conduct Aviation Language Proficiency training and assessment; and
(e) being conversant with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001:2015 in relation to document control procedures will be an advantage.
