- (a)為幼稚園教師及校長策劃、組織及開展專業發展計劃，包括課程、工作坊及研討會等；
- (b)就中國語文學習為幼稚園提供到校支援服務，包括策劃與實施課程計劃、探索有效的學與教策略/活動；
- (c)就幼稚園有效地運用學與教策略/教材提供建議及製作教材和資源；
- (d)組織及舉辦地區性/分區研討會、經驗分享會和網絡活動，以推廣成功經驗；

職責
- (a)To plan, organise and conduct Professional Development (PD) programmes, including courses, workshops and seminars for kindergarten principals and teachers;
- (b)To provide school-based support to kindergartens on planning and implementing curriculum plans, exploring effective learning and teaching strategies/activities on Chinese Language learning;
- (c)To develop Chinese Language learning and teaching resources and advise kindergartens on the application of resources;
- (d)To organise and conduct district-based/regional seminars and experience-sharing workshops and networking activities for dissemination of good practices;
- (e)To assist in research and development projects, diagnosis, evaluation and assessment exercises relevant to curriculum development;
- (f)To report regularly to the supervisors on work progress; and
- (g)To perform any other duties as and when required by the supervisors for enhancing the quality of language education at pre-primary level.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授主修中國語文或中國語文教育的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；以及持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試中的兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)]；
- (c)在取得有關學歷後，具備不少於6年的學前或小學的中國語文教學、課程發展、教師專業發展、學校改善及/或有關中國語文教學校本支援經驗[參閱註(iv)]；以及
- (d)申請人如持有教育或幼兒教育學士以上學位、熟識本地教育課程，具備教師培訓與發展、課程與資源發展的教育工作經驗，及/或中國語文教學支援、研究與發展項目等相關經驗者將獲優先考慮。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Chinese Language or Chinese Language education, or equivalent; and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Note (iii)];
- (c)At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching Chinese Language, curriculum development, teachers professional development, school improvement and/or school support focusing on Chinese Language education at pre-primary or primary level [See Note (iv)]; and
- (d)Preference will be given to candidates who have a higher degree in education or Early Childhood Education, good knowledge of the local education curriculum, educational experience in training and development of teachers, curriculum and resource development and/or school support in Chinese Language teaching, research and development projects.

- (iii)綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績，或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績，或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上成績，或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level)English Language科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。申請人如在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績，在考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
- (iv)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
- (v)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，教育局會測試所有應徵課程主任職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
- (vi)申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠，並須品格良好，願意為教育界服務，作出承擔，以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
