環球家族辦公室團隊是投資推廣署與政府其他政策局及部門、監管機構及金融服務業相關持份者共同落實的一項策略性措施。團隊將制定及執行不同策略,令香港成為亞洲領先的家族辦公室中心,並從海外及內地物色潛在客戶,為他們在香港成立公司及發展業務提供支援。環球家族辦公室團隊的主要使命之一,是透過與各行業伙伴及政府政策局/部門合作,創造及改善環球家族辦公室的生態系統。

我們正物色一名充滿熱誠及高水準的專才加入香港辦事處,應徵者須在銀行/家族辦公室/相關專業服務方面具備豐富經驗。你將與投資推廣署遍佈全球的網絡,以及位於全球主要城市的香港經濟貿易辦事處緊密合作。
此職位要求應徵者兼顧業務發展、市場推廣及傳訊、項目管理、伙伴關係發展及客戶服務。你將與投資推廣署總辦事處的其他行業分組及外部持份者合作,以產生協同效應。
要勝任以上職位,你須:
• 在落實針對性推廣計劃/活動方面有良好往績記錄,以配合團隊的增長策略和業務重點;
• 具備卓越的項目管理技巧和適應能力,以管理多個聯絡點及快速回應市場走勢變動;
• 具備與內部及外部持份者(包括政府機構)於項目管理、客戶支援及市場推廣項目方面的合作經驗;並
• 既能在壓力下獨立完成工作目標,亦能發揮團隊精神。
職責
(i) 吸引外來直接投資,發掘及接觸設於內地及海外而計劃來港開設或擴展業務的家族辦公室;
(ii) 幫助家族辦公室在香港開設或擴展業務,包括與其持份者(例如金融服務界、船運/航運租賃公司、監管機構及業界組織)合作、進行市場研究、解答客戶查詢、準備市場推廣素材等;
(iii) 統籌及參與推廣活動,例如圓桌會議、研討會、贊助活動及職務訪問,以推廣香港的金融服務及家族辦公室行業及與持份者建立良好關係;
(iv) 獨立領導不同項目,確保關鍵績效指標/報告準時完成;
(v) 更新在家族辦公室網站、宣傳冊(pitchbook)、再保險及/或專屬自保保險及相關市場推廣素材中的資訊;以及
(vi) 履行其他指定的行政及臨時職務。

InvestHK is looking for a passionate professional to join its Global Family Office Team
The Global Family Office (FO) Team is a strategic initiative carried out by InvestHK in conjunction with other government bureaux and departments, regulators and financial services industry stakeholders. The team will develop and implement strategies to position Hong Kong as a leading family office hub in Asia and generate leads from overseas and Mainland clients supporting them to set up and grow in Hong Kong. One of the key missions for the Global FO team is to collaborate with various industry partners and government bureaux/departments to create and enhance the ecosystem that will support global family offices.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and high calibre professional with proven experience in banking/family office/relevant professional services to join us in Hong Kong. You will work closely with the InvestHK global network and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices in major cities around the world.
This role requires a balance of business development, marketing communications, event management, partnership development and client servicing expertise. You will collaborate with other sector teams at InvestHK Headquarters as well as external stakeholders to create synergies.
You will need to demonstrate:
• proven experience in implementing targeted promotional programmes/events to align with the team’s growth strategy and business priorities;
• strong project management skills and adaptability to manage multiple touchpoints and respond quickly to changes in priorities;
• previous experience in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders including government bodies on event management, client support and marketing programmes; and
• ability to work independently under pressure to meet performance targets and as a team player.
Duties
(i) To attract foreign direct investment, including the identification of and reaching out to Mainland and overseas family offices which plan to establish an office or expand in Hong Kong;
(ii) To facilitate family offices in setting up/expanding businesses in Hong Kong, including engagement of its stakeholders such as financial services sector, air/ship leasing companies, regulatory-related organisations and industry associations, conducting market research, answering enquiries from clients, preparing marketing materials, etc.;
(iii) To organise and attend promotional activities/events such as round-tables, seminars, sponsored events and duty visits to promote Hong Kong’s financial services and family office sector and build rapport with stakeholders;
(iv) To lead projects independently and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/reporting are met on a timely basis;
(v) To update the information stored in dedicated FO website, pitchbook, re-insurance and/or captive insurance and related marketing materials; and
(vi) To perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修金融、工商管理或相關科目者為佳;
(b) 具備至少三年業務拓展、活動統籌、公共關係及/或市場推廣的全職工作經驗;
(c) 擁有良好的數碼及社交平台推廣知識更佳;
(d) 具備進階的Microsoft PowerPoint技巧、一般商業電腦軟件(包括Microsoft Word及Excel)的應用知識,並懂中英文文書處理;以及
(e) 中英文書面溝通技巧卓越,亦須操流利英語、廣東話及普通話。通曉其他語言更佳。

(a) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in finance, business administration or related subjects;
(b) Minimum three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in business development, event management, public relations and/or marketing;
(c) Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing is an advantage;
(d) Advanced level in Microsoft PowerPoint, proficiency in the application of common business software (including Microsoft Word and Excel) as well as Chinese and English word processing; and
(e) Excellent English and Chinese written communication skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Proficiency in another language will be an advantage.
