Fisheries Technical Officer II
總薪級表第8點（每月21,875元）至總薪級表第21點（每月43,610元）
職責
A Fisheries Technical Officer II is mainly deployed to perform duties related to fish specimen collection and identification; fisheries field studies, surveys, inspections and laboratory analysis; development and extension of fisheries technologies; management and operation of experimental fish farms; supervision of ecological monitoring contracts; marine conservation education; and management of marine parks.
Note:
May be required to live in departmental quarters in the New Territories; work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends; drive a departmental vehicle; and perform duties at sea in vessels.
入職條件
申請人必須
- (a)持有本港理工學院／理工大學或香港專業教育學院／工業學院／科技學院頒發的實驗室技術員文憑或證書，或應用科學或相關科目的文憑或證書，或具同等學歷；
- (b)具備
- (i)三年在生物實驗室工作的實際經驗或
- (ii)三年在漁業和海洋護理方面的相關工作經驗；及
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績(註一);及
- (d)在 《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績(註四)。
Candidates should have
- (a)a Diploma or Certificate for Laboratory Technicians or in Applied Science or a related subject from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical college / technical institute, or equivalent;
- (b)
- (i)3 years’ practical experience in biological laboratories; or
- (ii)3 years’ relevant work experience in fisheries and marine conservation; and
- (c)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent (Note 1); and
- (d)a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (Note 4).

- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
- (4)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
