職責
(a)協助高級人員處理所有來往文件,電郵,檔案及考績報告,包括列印文件、準備和跟進工作、分發文件予相關人員及記錄工作進度;
(b)安排會議並準備會議資料、預約場地、安排交通、備存最新的預約日誌及作出公幹安排;
(c)為高級人員執行接待工作,包括接聽電話、處理留言及接待訪客;
(d)提供一般行政支援,包括更新參考資料、報銷旅費、整合報表、擬備文件和搜集資料;以及
(e)執行高級人員指派的其他秘書工作。

(a) To handle and prioritise all incoming documents, emails, files, appraisal reports, correspondence for the principal(s), including printing documents and taking relevant preparation and follow-up work, disseminating relevant documents to subject officers and keeping track of progress of the work;
(b) To arrange for appointments and prepare folders for meetings, book conference rooms and transport, maintain an up-to-date diary of appointments and make duty visits arrangements as necessary;
(c) To undertake reception duties including answering telephone calls, taking messages, receiving visitors for the principal(s);
(d) To provide general administration support including updating reference materials, arranging claims of reimbursement on expenses and leave and passage allowance, collating returns, drafting routine documents and conducting information search; and
(e) To undertake any other secretarial duties as assigned by the principal(s).

入職條件
(a)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[註];
(b)具備不少於10年秘書工作經驗,當中包括不少於5年的政府秘書工作經驗;
(c)能以廣東話與英語有效溝通;以及
(d)熟悉電腦操作包括文書處理、試算表及簡報等軟件。

(a) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note);
(b) A minimum of 10 years' working experience in providing secretarial service, of which at least five years in the Government;
(c) Able to communicate effectively in spoken Cantonese and English; and
(d) Proficient in computer operations such as using word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, etc.

入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
