每月72,225元至85,002元(視乎當月的工作時數而定)
職責
1. 就法院大樓及司法機構所舉辦的活動保安安排,協助司法機構保安主任制訂並推行相關政策、計劃和指引;
2. 監督並檢討法院大樓及相關場地保安檢查的運作和施行;
3. 協調並定期檢討法院大樓及相關場地從屬人員及外判保安人員的人手調配;
4. 就制訂及執行保安措施及指引和人群管理安排方面,向各場地經理提供意見和協助;
5. 協助司法機構保安主任就法院的保安事宜與執法機構及其他有關政府部門保持緊密聯絡;
6. 調查及解決有關法院的保安事宜及對保安人員的投訴;
7. 為法院保安及相關緊急事件提供迅速的回應和支援;以及
8. 執行上級指派與保安相關的其他職務。
(註:獲聘者可能需要不定時工作及穿著制服。)

1. To assist Judiciary Security Officer (JSO) in formulating and implementing policies, plans and guidelines relating to security matters in courts buildings and events organised by the Judiciary;
2. To supervise and review the operation and administration of security screening in courts buildings or other venues concerned;
3. To coordinate and regularly review the deployment of the security team and outsourced security guards in courts buildings or other venues concerned;
4. To advise and render assistance to venue managers on the formulation and implementation of security plans and guidelines and crowd control arrangements;
5. To assist JSO in maintaining close liaison with law enforcement agencies and other government departments as appropriate on court security matters;
6. To investigate and resolve issues on court security matters and complaints against security personnel;
7. To offer prompt response and support to court security and emergency related incidents; and
8. To perform any other security related duties assigned by the seniors.
(Note: Appointees may be required to work irregular hours and to wear uniform.)

入職條件
申請人必須-
(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷;或
(ii) 在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績,及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級(註3)/C級或以上成績(註2),或具備同等學歷。
持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位或具有同等學歷則更佳;
(b) 具備良好中文及英文講寫能力,在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績,或具同等成績。能操流利普通話則更佳;
(c) 具備最少十二年於香港紀律部隊擔任督察/主任級職系工作的經驗,或具備最少十二年於保安檢查或與保安相關行業擔任管理層的經驗。於使用拱門金屬探測器/手提金屬探測器及/或X光行李掃描器方面具豐富經驗者會明顯佔優;
(d) 於制訂並執行保安計劃、人群管理措施和保安人員培訓策略/課程方面富實質經驗;
(e) 具備非常良好的分析和人際溝通技巧,亦具備卓越的領導及督導能力;
(f) 具有獨立工作和承受工作壓力的往績,亦有能力應對新挑戰和要求;
(g) 對法庭禮儀、法律程序及香港司法制度有良好知識;
(h) 熟悉撰寫報告;以及
(i) 具備良好的電腦軟件應用知識,包括中英文書處理(Microsoft Word)、Microsoft Excel 及 Microsoft PowerPoint。

Candidates should have –
(a) (i) Level 3 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
(ii) Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 (Note 3) / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent.
A bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, would be an advantage;
(b) good command of written and spoken English and Chinese languages, with Level 2 (Note 3) results or above in both English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage;
(c) at least 12 years’ work experience in the Inspector / Officer grade of a disciplined force in Hong Kong, or at least 12 years’ managerial experience in security screening or security-related fields. Extensive experience in using Archway Metal Detectors / Handheld Metal Detectors and / or X-ray Baggage Scanners would be a clear asset;
(d) substantial experience in formulating and executing security plans, crowd control operations, and training strategies / programmes for security personnel;
(e) strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as outstanding leadership and supervisory abilities;
(f) proven ability in working independently and under pressure, and able to meet new challenges and requirements;
(g) good general knowledge on court etiquette, legal proceedings and legal system of Hong Kong;
(h) familiarity with report writing; and
(i) proficiency in computer applications, including English and Chinese word processing (Microsoft Word), Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
