職責
(a) 協助落實推行與支援非華語學生學習中文相關的措施和試驗計劃,包括處理申請、發放資助/補貼、搜集資料和參加者回饋以作參考和跟進,以及進行實地觀察等;
(b) 協助檢查並分析與支援非華語學生學習中文相關的研究資料;
(c) 協助組織與不同持份者進行面談,以收集他們對支援非華語學生學習中文措施的意見;
(d) 協助監察支援非華語學生學習中文有關的措施及活動;以及
(e) 按上司的要求,執行其他獲指派的任務,例如與語文教育及研究常務委員會(語常會)相關的推廣工作等。

(a) To assist in taking forward the implementation of the initiatives and pilot schemes supporting the non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students in learning Chinese, such as processing applications, handling funding/subsidy incurred, gathering data and feedback from participants for reference and follow-up, and conducting on-site observations, etc.;
(b) To assist in checking and analysing the research findings related to supporting the NCS students in learning Chinese;
(c) To assist in organising meetings with various stakeholders to collect their views on the initiatives supporting the NCS students in learning Chinese;
(d) To assist in monitoring the initiatives and activities for supporting the NCS students in learning Chinese; and
(e) To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors, such as the publicity work of the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR).

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授主修中國語文或中國語文教育的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)及(ii)];
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,主修中國語文或中國語文教育,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)及(ii)];
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績[參閱註(iv)],或具備同等成績;
(d) 取得有關學歷後,具備不少於3年行政工作經驗;具備項目管理之工作經驗者優先;
(e) 取得有關學歷後,具備不少於3年在公營學校或直接資助計劃學校教學經驗;
(f) 具備良好的溝通及人際關係技巧;
(g) 具備良好電腦知識及熟識電腦軟件操作,包括中文及英文文書處理;以及
(h) 申請人需接受面試及筆試。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Chinese Language or Chinese Language education, or equivalent [See Note (i) and (ii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, majoring in Chinese Language or Chinese Language Education, or equivalent [See Note (i) and (ii)];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (iv)];
(d) At least 3 years' post-degree experience in administration works, working experience in project management preferred;
(e) At least 3 years' post-degree teaching experience in local public sector schools or Direct Subsidy Scheme schools;
(f) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
(g) Good computer knowledge and familiar with the operation of computer software, including Chinese and English word processing; and
(h) Applicants will be required to attend an interview and a written test.
