總薪級表第34點（每月港幣79,930元）至總薪級表第39點（每月港幣94,735元）
職責
(i) 高級節目主任（英文新聞）主要負責 (a) 督導及執行製作英文新聞的日常工作，包括採訪、編輯、文字編輯、新聞報導及節目製作；(b) 擬訂工作╱節目計劃、統籌工作編排、監察編輯事宜及節目╱工作質素；及 (c) 管理及統籌員工與其他資源。
(ii) 高級節目主任（英文電台節目）主要負責 (a) 督導及執行製作英文電台節目的日常工作，包括製作及主持電台節目； (b) 擬訂工作╱節目計劃、統籌工作編排、監察編輯事宜及節目╱工作質素；及 (c) 管理及統籌員工與其他資源。
（註：或需不定時工作和輪班當值，和在颱風、黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作。）
(ii) 高級節目主任（英文電台節目）主要負責 (a) 督導及執行製作英文電台節目的日常工作，包括製作及主持電台節目； (b) 擬訂工作╱節目計劃、統籌工作編排、監察編輯事宜及節目╱工作質素；及 (c) 管理及統籌員工與其他資源。

(i) Senior Programme Officer in English News is mainly deployed on (a) supervising and implementing the daily work of production of English News, including reporting, editing, subediting, news presentation and programme production; (b) drawing up work plans, coordinating assignments, monitoring editorial issues and programme / work quality; and (c) managing and coordinating staff and other resources.
(ii) Senior Programme Officer in English Radio Programmes is mainly deployed on (a) supervising and implementing the daily work of production of English radio programmes, including producing and presenting radio programmes; (b) drawing up work / programme plans, coordinating assignments, monitoring editorial issues and programme / work quality; (c) managing and coordinating staff and other resources.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Black Rainstorm Warning Signals and other emergencies.)
(ii) Senior Programme Officer in English Radio Programmes is mainly deployed on (a) supervising and implementing the daily work of production of English radio programmes, including producing and presenting radio programmes; (b) drawing up work / programme plans, coordinating assignments, monitoring editorial issues and programme / work quality; (c) managing and coordinating staff and other resources.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Black Rainstorm Warning Signals and other emergencies.)
入職條件
申請人必須：
(a)(i) 持有香港的大學所頒發學位，或具同等學歷；兼具七年相關工作經驗[參閱註(1)]；或
(ii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具九年相關工作經驗[參閱註(1)]；或
(iii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具十一年相關工作經驗[參閱註(1)]；或
(iv) 在香港中學文憑考試五科（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科）考獲第3級或同等[參閱註(2)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級[參閱註(3)]或以上成績（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科），或具同等學歷；兼具十二年相關工作經驗[參閱註(1)]；或
(v) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[參閱註(2)]或以上成績，須包括英國語文科，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級[參閱註(3)]或以上成績，須包括英國語文科，或具同等學歷；兼具十三年相關工作經驗[參閱註(1)]；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第2級／E級[參閱註(3)]或以上成績，或具同等成績。
(c) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績[參閱註(4)]。

Candidates should have
(a)(i) a Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent; and 7 years’ relevant experience [See Note (1)]; or
(ii) an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Journalism & Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 9 years’ relevant experience [See Note (1)]; or
(iii) an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Journalism & Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 11 years’ relevant experience [See Note (1)]; or
(iv) Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (2)] or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Level 3/Grade C [See Note (3)] or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 12 years’ relevant experience [See Note (1)]; or
(v) Level 2 or equivalent [See Note (2)] or above in 5 subjects including English Language in HKDSEE, or equivalent; or Level 2/Grade E [See Note (3)] or above in 5 subjects including English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent; and 13 years’ relevant experience [See Note (1)];
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2/Grade E [See Note (3)] or above in English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
(c) a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) [See Note (4)].

入職條件(註)
(1) 申請人只需要遞交一份申請表格。獲取錄的申請人將會被聘用至本廣告中列明的其中一個工種（即英文新聞／英文電台節目）。本台在收到申請表格後，會透過電子郵件向申請人提供一份選擇表格，申請人請在該表格上表明會申請的工種。假若申請人在遞交申請後的一星期內未收到選擇表格，請致電3547 1737與本台聯絡。申請人需在2023年10月13日前遞交選擇表格。在上述(a)(i)-(v)提及的相關工作經驗如下：-
(i) 高級節目主任（英文新聞）：新聞採訪、新聞編輯；及
(ii) 高級節目主任（英文電台節目）：電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝。
(2) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目「達標並表現優異」成績（或2018年或之後香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目「達標並表現優異(I)」成績）／應用學習中文（非華語學生適用）科目「達標並表現優異」成績（最多計算兩科），以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目（包括應用學習中文（非華語學生適用）科目）（最多計算兩科）「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2 級成績。
(3) 政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級與E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級與第2級成績。
(4) 政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
(5) 申請人或須技能測試及／或筆試合格，方獲進一步考慮。
(6) 申請人出席招聘面試，須於事前或事後提供文件證明其具備相關學歷和經驗。
(7) 申請人如已修讀並完成本地大學或專上院校所開辦與新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體或媒體學科相關的學科，或具同等學歷，請在申請表格G.F. 340 (Rev.7/2023)第A(II)部分「就學詳情」一欄清楚註明所修讀科目，以及在第A(I)及(III)部分註明在香港高級程度會考／香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試英國語文科的最高成績（或同等成績）。
(8) 申請人如具備相關工作經驗，請在申請表格G.F.340(Rev.7/2023)「就業詳情」一欄清楚註明機構業務性質及申請人的工作性質。
(i) 高級節目主任（英文新聞）：新聞採訪、新聞編輯；及
(ii) 高級節目主任（英文電台節目）：電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝。
