職責
總監 (商業內容開拓)
(a) 協助制定策略及推行計劃,以便透過國際交流推廣和促進文創產業的商業內容開拓工作;
(b) 推動業界考察團和海外展演,為文創產業拓展內地和海外市場的機會,建構並推進跨界別、跨領域及跨地區的商業內容;
(c) 統籌文創產業發展處與香港及海外文創協會╱公司合辦的盛事及活動的策劃及籌備工作,以推展文創產業跨界別、跨領域及跨地區的商業內容應用;
(d) 營造商業生態圈,以促進創新的內容發行,並提升商業內容流通,以推動文創產業的可持續發展;
(e) 為文創產業拓展產業化和商業化的機會;
(f) 推廣新的創意商業內容價值,申請資助,並管理以概念驗證模式運作的「創意智優計劃」項目;以及
(g) 監督商業內容開拓科,並管理該科獲撥的資源。
總監 (電影發展)
(a) 與電影業協會一同制定策略,以管理與電影及串流平台發展有關的「電影發展基金」;
(b) 協助制定政策及策略,以推動電影業的長遠發展和培育人才;
(c) 處理電影行業協會提交有助推動電影業長遠發展和培育人才的項目╱申請;
(d) 制定策略並擬訂推行計劃,在電影業知識產權創作和促進知識產權生產、交易及跨界別合作上提供支援;
(e) 協助擬訂各項計劃,促進電影業拓展業務╱商品化機會,透過知識產權交易實現經濟價值;
(f) 管理「其他電影相關計劃」、「首部劇情電影計劃」、「串流平台內容開發計劃」及「劇本孵化計劃」等「基金」轄下資助計劃,當中包括審核申請、擬備相關文件供基金審核委員會╱香港電影發展局批准申請、擬備評審╱進度╱項目完成報告,以及監督項目進度;以及
(g) 掌管電影發展科的日常運作,在必要時代表該科出席並主禮活動。
總監 (知識產權促進)

Head (Business Content Incubation)
(a) To assist in formulating strategies and execution plans to promote and facilitate business content development for the cultural and creative industries through international exchanges;
(b) To drive delegations and overseas exhibitions to explore opportunities in the Mainland and overseas for cultivating and promoting cross-sectoral, cross-genre and cross-regional content for the cultural and creative industries;
(c) To co-ordinate the planning and organisation of events and activities in collaboration with associations/ companies in Hong Kong and overseas to propel cross-sectoral, cross-genre and cross-regional content application for the cultural and creative industries;
(d) To foster a business ecosystem to stimulate innovation for content distribution, and to enhance circulation of content distribution for driving the business sustainability of the cultural and creative industries;
(e) To explore industrialisation and commercialisation opportunities for the cultural and creative industries;
(f) To promote new creative values, apply funding and administer “Proof-of-Concept” projects; and
(g) To supervise the Business Content Incubation Section and manage the resources allocated to the Section.
Head (Film Development)
(a) To formulate strategies in collaboration with the trade and industry associations of the film sector in administering Film Development Fund (FDF) related to the development of film and streaming platform;
(b) To assist in formulating policies and strategies for promotion of the long term development of film industry and nurturing of talents;
(c) To process projects / applications conducive to the development of film industry and nurturing of talents from the trade and industry associations of the film sector;
(d) To formulate strategies and draw up implementation plans to support the film industry in creation of IP, nurturing IP production, IP trading and cross sectoral collaboration on IP;
(e) To assist in drawing up programmes in enhancing the film industry to explore business/commercialisation opportunities and yielding economic values through IP trading
(f) To administer funding schemes under FDF including the Other Film-related Projects Scheme, First Feature Film Initiative, Content Development Scheme for Streaming Platforms and Scriptwriting Incubation Programme including vetting applications, preparing papers for seeking approval from Fund Vetting Committee / Film Development Council, preparing assessment / progress / completion reports and monitoring of project progress; and
(g) To head the Film Development Section for its daily operation and represent the team to attend and officiate events when necessary.
Head (IP Facilitation)
(a) To assist in developing and implementing strategies to establish and sustain a cultural IP business ecosystem for the cultural and creative industries;
(b) To provide support to the cultural and creative sectors for propelling IP creation and nurturing IP production and IP trading;
(c) To provide assistance to the cultural and creative sectors in enhancing their IPs to explore business/commercialisation opportunities and yielding economic values through IP trading;
(d) To identify and assess IP licensing opportunities for the cultural and creative industries;
(e) To propose/create investment opportunities and framework for cultural IP business;
(f) To co-ordinate the planning and organisation of major events and activities to facilitate and promote IP creation and production for the cultural and creative industries; and
(g) To supervise the IP Facilitation Section and manage the resources allocated to the Section
Note:
(1) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test and an interview.
(2) Subject to the exigency of services, appointees may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
