職責
(a) 協助小學校本課程發展組籌劃、協調、推行及評估相關的支援服務;
(b) 為小學提供各項教育政策如支援非華語學生學習中國語文、促進學習的評估及照顧學習多樣性的支援服務;
(c) 主持校本專業發展活動,及協助籌劃網絡/大型專業發展活動,促進小學校長、中國語文科科主任及教師的專業發展;
(d) 推廣小學中國語文教學的良好方法及有效運用資源的經驗;以及
(e) 推行有關小學校本中國語文學與教之研究及發展項目。

(a) To assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the support services provided by the Section;
(b) To render support services to schools implementing education policy initiatives such as supporting non-Chinese speaking students' acquisition of the Chinse Language, assessment for learning and catering for learner diversities;
(c) To conduct school-based professional development activities and assist in organising network-based/territory-wide functions for primary school heads, language panel heads and teachers;
(d) To identify and disseminate good practices in language learning and teaching and effective resources for use in primary schools; and
(e) To undertake school-based research projects relating to language learning and teaching in primary schools.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的中國語文及/或中國語文教育的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;持有中國語文及/或中國語文教育之較高程度學位或同等學歷者優先[見註(i)];
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[見註(ii)];
(d) 在取得有關學歷後,具備不少於6年相關工作經驗、包括課程發展、教學、教師培訓或為學校提供支援以促進中國語文學習及/或支援非華語學生學習中國語文學習的經驗[見註(iv)];
(e) 熟悉本地教育制度及課程改革情況;
(f) 了解現時本地及國際的中國語文教育趨勢;
(g) 具備良好的溝通、人際及表達技巧;以及
(h) 面試者或須於遴選面試當天參加筆試。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and/or Chinese Language education, or equivalent; a higher degree in Chinese Language and/or Chinese Language education, or equivalent preferred [See Notes (i)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience, including experience in curriculum development, teaching, teachers' training or providing support schools to enhance Chinese Language learning and/or supporting non-Chinese speaking students' acquisition of the Chinse Language [See Note (iv)];
(e) Good knowledge of local education system and the curriculum reform;
(f) Good knowledge of current trends in Chinese Language education in both local and international settings;
(g) Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and
(h) May be required to take a written test on the day of selection interview.
