職責
發展局轄下的躍動港島南辦事處負責統籌和落實「躍動港島南」計劃的各個項目,並在過程中與政府內外持份者溝通。
躍動港島南辦事處總監屬非公務員職位,負責領導躍動港島南辦事處推展「躍動港島南」計劃,其主要職責包括:
(a) 領導躍動港島南辦事處和統籌相關決策局/部門推展,以落實「躍動港島南」計劃的各項措施;
(b) 在檢討南區不同地點的現有規劃與各類土地用途及設施時,提供策略性及宏觀的意見、提出規劃意見和建議改善措施,並制訂整體策略及執行計劃;
(c) 研究區內現有「政府、機構或社區」用地或設施是否有重建或整合的空間,以推動「一地多用」;
(d) 制訂計劃並採取「地方營造」方式,美化公共空間和市容,令黃竹坑商貿區及附近海濱地區的行人設施更暢通互連,以及改善深灣道及布廠灣一帶的步行環境;
(e) 與多個決策局/部門的高層管理人員密切聯絡,統籌「躍動港島南」計劃下各個項目的執行工作和協調需跨部門合作的事項;以及
(f) 制訂和執行持份者參與計劃,從而促進與持份者之間的伙伴關係。

The Invigorating Island South Office (IISO) is set up under the Development Bureau to co-ordinate and implement projects under the Invigorating Island South (IIS) initiative, and communicate with stakeholders within and outside the Government in the process.
Head(IISO) is a non-civil service position responsible to lead the IISO to take forward various IIS initiatives. Main duties of the position include –
(a) to lead the IISO and co-ordinate with other relevant bureaux/departments to take forward and implement measures under the “Invigorating Island South” (IIS) initiative;
(b) to contribute strategic input and macro thinking in the review of the existing planning as well as various land uses and facilities in different areas within the Southern District, offer planning advice and propose improvement measures, and formulate an overall strategy and implementation plan;
(c) to explore room for redevelopment or consolidation of the existing Government, Institution and Community sites or facilities in the district so as to pursue the “single site, multiple use” principle;
(d) to formulate plans to beautify public space and cityscape through place-making, and to enhance pedestrian connectivity of the Wong Chuk Hang Business Area and the waterfront area nearby while improving the pedestrian environment along Shum Wan Road and Po Chong Wan;
(e) to closely liaise with the senior management of various bureaux/departments, co-ordinate the implementation of various proposals under the IIS initiative, and resolve issues requiring inter-departmental efforts; and
(f) to formulate and execute a stakeholders engagement plan to foster partnership with stakeholders.

入職條件
申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須:
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的城市規劃、城市設計、建築及/或土木工程學學位(具備學位以上程度尤佳),或具同等學歷;
(b) 具備相關領域(例如城市規劃、城市設計、建築及/或土木工程學)的認可專業資格;
(c) 在取得學歷或專業資格後,具有最少15年處理城市規劃、城市設計、建築及/或土木工程事務的相關經驗,當中最少5年須屬於高層管理級別或以上;
(d) 具備推行公眾參與/諮詢活動的知識和經驗,與城市規劃事項及/或發展/重建/更新項目有關者更佳;
(e) 曾任職政府決策局/部門或其他具規模的公營機構,或與政府決策局/部門或其他具規模的公營機構合作的經驗;以及
(f) 具備優良的溝通和人際技巧、敏銳的政治觸覺及中、英文書寫能力及會話能力俱佳。能操流利普通話者更佳。

Applicants must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment and should have –
(a) a degree, preferably at post-graduate level, in town planning, urban design, architectural and/or civil engineering from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) a recognised professional qualification in a relevant discipline such as town planning, urban design, architectural and/or civil engineering;
(c) at least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in handling town planning, urban design, architectural and/or civil engineering matters, with at least 5 years at senior managerial level or above;
(d) knowledge and experiences in conducting public engagement/consultation exercises, preferably on town planning issues and/or development/redevelopment/renewal projects;
(e) experiences in working in or with government bureaux/departments or other sizeable organisations in the public sector; and
(f) excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good political acumen and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
