- (a)協助制定及推行政策和措施，以加強推廣香港的專業服務及項目參與的策略性發展，並拓展「一帶一路」市場及相關持份者的網路；
- (b)籌辦及支援項目對接活動，並聯繫海外相關項目主管單位及持份者，為香港企業及專業服務引進項目對接機遇；
- (c)協調及協助舉辦代表團到「一帶一路」經濟體考察；
- (d)透過不同渠道支援多元品牌發展及推廣工作，發揮香港在共建「一帶一路」作為「超級聯繫人」和「超級增值人」的角色；
- (e)協助籌辦大型活動、交流會、路演、聯繫活動及其他項目，以推廣香港的優勢，並加強國際交流與合作；以及
- (f)執行其他獲指派的職務。
職責
- (a)To support the formulation and implementation of strategies and initiatives to strengthen the promotion of Hong Kong’s professional services and strategic development of project engagement, and to expand outreach to Belt and Road (B&R) markets and relevant stakeholders;
- (b)To organise and support project matching events, and to liaise with relevant overseas agencies in charge of projects and stakeholders to explore project matching opportunities for Hong Kong enterprises and professional services;
- (c)To co-ordinate and assist in organising delegations to B&R economies;
- (d)To support diversified branding and promotional work in support of Hong Kong’s role as a ‘super connector’ and ‘super value-adder’ in B&R markets through various channels;
- (e)To assist in organising major events, exchange sessions, roadshows, networking activities and other initiatives to promote Hong Kong’s advantages and strengthen international exchanges and co-operation; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須在截止申請日期前 –
- (a)持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)在取得學位學歷後，具備最少5年與以下工作有關的全職經驗，包括
- (i)「一帶一路」倡議相關的業務拓展及貿易和投資推廣的工作；或(ii)與「一帶一路」倡議相關的管理顧問工作；或(iii)執行與「一帶一路」倡議相關的海外商業項目；
- (c)具備內容營銷以及推廣活動策劃和執行的豐富工作經驗；
- (d)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科取得第5級或以上成績，或具同等成績
註1及註2] ，以及具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力；
(e)充分認識香港、中國內地及海外的商業及經濟環境，以及「一帶一路」倡議帶來的商機；
(f)具備卓越的分析和策略思維能力；以及
(g)具備良好的人際與溝通技巧，以建立、管理及維持與各持份者之關係。
符合下列資格和特質的申請人可能獲優先考慮 –
(h)持有主修工商管理、金融學、經濟學 國際市場學、運輸及物流、「環境、社會及管治」(ESG)、工程、科學或創新科技相關大學學位，或持有更高學歷；
- (i)精通平面設計工具；
(j)能操流利普通話；及／或
(k)在創新科技、基建及建造、綠色發展、金融或運輸及物流領域具備豐富的知識及／或行業經驗。

Candidates should possess by the application deadline –
- (a)a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
- (b)a minimum of 5 years of relevant full-time post-qualification work experience in
- (i)Belt and Road Initiative (B&RI)-related business development as well as trade and investment promotion; or
- (ii)management consulting in relation to the B&RI; or
- (iii)execution of B&RI-related overseas business projects;
- (c)proven work experience in content marketing as well as planning and implementation of promotional campaigns;
- (d)Level 5 or above in both English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
Notes 1 and 2] , as well as strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
- (e)sound knowledge of Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and overseas business and economic environment, as well as business opportunities from the B&RI;
- (f)strong analytical power and strategic thinking; and
- (g)good interpersonal and communication skills for establishing, managing and maintaining relationship with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications and attributes –
- (h)a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Marketing, Transport and Logistics, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Engineering, Science or Innovation and Technology, or a higher degree;
- (i)being proficient in graphic design tools;
- (j)being proficient in Putonghua; and/or
- (k)sound knowledge and/or industry experience in the fields of innovation and technology, infrastructure and construction, green development, finance or transport and logistics.
Remark: Candidates may be invited to attend a written examination.
