職責
Preparation and cooking of Chinese meals for Police Officers on board Police launches and Police formations; and required to keep their galley clean.
Note:
Required to (i) work shifts and irregular hours; and (ii) work on board Police launches, i.e. Aberdeen, Sai Kung, Tai Lam and Ma Liu Shui.
入職條件
申請人必須
- (a)有為多人提供中式膳食的工作經驗；
- (b)能操流利粵語及書寫簡單中文；以及
- (c)最好對西餐烹飪有認識，但非必需。
註：申請人須通過廚藝測試。
Candidates should -
- (a)have working experience of Chinese cooking for large numbers of people;
- (b)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and write simple Chinese; and
- (c)have knowledge of European cooking is not essential, but would be an advantage.
Note:
Candidates will be required to pass a cooking test.
