職責
(i) 負責選取及覆檢從新聞通訊社、電子新聞所得的每天新聞片段以便日後存取；(ii) 把新聞片段／資料的元數據輸入數據庫系統；(iii) 處理同事提取庫藏資料等要求；(iv) 處理其他有關節目行政事宜及負責臨時獲指派的工作。
(i) select and review daily news footage from wire service, e-news for appropriate storage and access; (ii) input metadata of the news footage / materials into the database system; (iii) handle requests from colleagues in retrieving archived materials, etc.; (iv) handle other programme administrative matters and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須—
(a) (i) 現於香港大專院校修讀新聞及傳理學的學士／認可高級文憑／認可副學士課程，或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 具五年新聞影片存檔的工作經驗；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績〔請參閱註(1)〕。
申請人如具—
(i) 在新聞機構執行與新聞相關職務的工作經驗；
(ii) 豐富的電腦知識，如微軟Word、Excel及中文文書處理；及／或
(iii) 內地及國際時事觸覺
則更為理想。
Candidates should -
(a) (i) be students pursuing a Degree / accredited Higher Diploma / accredited Associate Degree in Journalism & Communication from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; OR
(ii) possess 5 years’ experience in news footage archiving; AND
(b) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note (1)].
Candidates who possess -
(i) experience in undertaking duties relating to news in broadcasting organization / newspaper agency;
(ii) good computer knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing; and/or
(iii) awareness of national and international affairs
will have an advantage.
入職條件(註)
(1) 過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同二零零七年及以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級成績。(2) 申請人或須參加工作技能測試。
