職責
(a) 構思、創作並製作具創意、吸引力與說服力的多媒體內容、平面圖像、動態圖像、影片和動畫,供以青年為本的手機應用程式及其他電子平台使用;
(b) 與專責不同事務的內部團隊和其他持份者緊密合作,按其要求構思並製作切合特定題材與受眾的內容;
(c) 查證和核實不同來源的資訊詳情,並在發布前校閱所有資訊,確保中英文版的內容均前後一致、準確清晰、質素良好;
(d) 善用內容管理系統和相關工具,以有效率地製作、發布和更新手機應用程式及其他平台上的內容;
(e) 與外部承辦商合作,製作內容並整合至手機應用程式及其他平台的用戶介面(UI)和用戶體驗(UX);
(f) 留意並掌握內容開發、手機應用程式及其他電子平台的最新趨勢、形式、風格和最佳做法,能歸納數據以建議如何持續改進;
(g) 支援戶外/室內的影片和照片拍攝,包括前期準備工作、影片/照片拍攝、後期製作、相關的劇本編寫和內容編輯工作;以及
(h) 執行上級指派的其他職務,包括在正常辦公時間以外工作。

(b) To work closely with internal subject teams and other stakeholders and to conceptualise the requirements and generate contents that are tailored to the specific scope of the subject and the target audience;
(c) To fact-check and verify information details collected from various sources and to proofread all information prior to publishing to ensure consistency, accuracy, clarity and quality of the contents in both English and Chinese;
(d) To leverage content management systems and related tools to efficiently produce, publish, and update the content within the mobile application and other interfaces;
(e) To collaborate with external contractors to produce and integrate content elements into the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of mobile application and other interfaces;
(f) To monitor and keep abreast of the trends, format, styles and best practices in content development, mobile applications and other e-platforms and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement;
(g) To support outdoor/indoor filming and photography, including pre-production preparation, photo-taking, video-shooting, post-production and the corresponding scriptwriting and content editing duties; and
(h) To undertake other duties assigned by supervisor, including working outside normal office hours.

(d) 擅長以多媒體製作工具(例如Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop、Adobe Premiere Pro、Final Cut Pro、Davinci Resolve、After Effects、Cinema 4D、Blender或其他相關軟件)設計、製作並編輯平面圖像、影片、影像、照片、音訊、動畫和資訊圖表等多媒體內容;
(e) 精通社交媒體平台和手機應用程式,思維創新,審美觸覺敏銳,能緊貼數碼營銷的最新發展與消費趨勢;
(f) 熟悉網絡社羣和商業影片,通曉關鍵字與標籤功能,並對本港18至35歲青年人的通訊潮流、形式和途徑有深入了解;
(g) 適應力強,態度開明,積極學習新技能和接受新任務;

Candidates should have / should be –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in multimedia design, graphic design, filming, creative media, journalism, communication or related disciplines;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note (1)];
(c) at least 6 years’ post-qualification full-time experience in multimedia, creative media, social media operations, digital marketing, advertising, or corporate communications;
(d) solid experience in designing, producing and editing multimedia contents, such as graphics, videos, images, photos, audios, animations and infographics by using multimedia authoring tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender or other related software;
(e) high proficiency in social media platforms and mobile applications with a creative mindset, strong aesthetic sense and keen awareness of the latest developments and consumption trends in digital marketing;
(f) familiar with online community and commercial videos, keywords, tagging and strong understanding of the trends as well as forms and channels of communication among youth aged 18 to 35 in Hong Kong;
(g) adaptive, open-minded and proactive in acquiring new skills and taking up new tasks;
(h) able to work independently on content development and to be a good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
(i) able to multi-task and work under pressure or ambiguity; and
(j) good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage.
