於運輸署牌照事務處或過境服務分組負責督導牌照、許可證或有關服務、處理牌照或許可證申請及顧客查詢等職務。 (註﹕可能需不定時工作及輪班工作。)
職責
Responsible for supervising licensing, permit or related services provided at Licensing Offices or Cross Boundary Unit of Transport Department, including processing licence/ permit applications, answering public enquiries and others.
Note:
May be required to work irregular hours and shift-duties.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)香港中學會考共五科成績達第2等級/ E級或以上，當中包括中國語文科、英國語文科(課程乙)及數學科，或同等學歷；以及具備最少八年顧客服務或櫃位全職工作經驗(當中最少兩年須工作於督導階級，曾在政府或公營服務界別工作的應徵者將獲優先考慮。)；
或
- (ii)中五程度，或同等學歷；以及具備最少十五年顧客服務或櫃位全職工作經驗(當中最少五年須工作於督導階級，曾在政府或公營服務界別工作的應徵者將獲優先考慮。)；
- (b)具備視窗MS Word及Excel的操作知識；以及
- (c)懂中文輸入法及有處理牌照申請經驗者，將獲優先考慮。
- (a)
- (i)Level 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination ("HKCEE"), or equivalent; and at least 8 years' full-time working experience in customer or counter services (2 years of which are at supervisory level and preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the public sector);
OR
- (ii)Form 5 standard, or equivalent; and at least 15 years' full-time working experience in customer or counter services (5 years of which are at supervisory level and preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the public sector);
- (b)Knowledge of computer application in MS Word and Excel; and
- (c)Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Chinese word processing and experience in handling licensing services.
入職條件(註)
- (a)政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級和第2等級的成績；
- (b)申請人須在申請表上清楚列出學歷、有關顧客服務或櫃位的工作及督導經驗和職務範圍；
- (c)未填妥的申請表概不受理；以及
- (d)面試時，本署會安排一個有關中文輸入法的測試予申請人。
