主要負責系統分析和設計、程式開發、系統測試及推行、維護、解決問題、文件編製、品質保證及系統發展周期的其他工作。獲取錄的申請人可能須執行其他指派的系統支援職務。
職責
Mainly responsible for system analysis and design, program development, system testing, implementation, maintenance, problem solving, documentation, quality assurance and other activities of the system development life cycle. Successful candidates may be required to perform any other system support duties as required.

申請人必須
- (a)
- (i)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的資訊科技／電腦學科學位或同等學歷，並最少有兩年相關的資訊科技工作經驗；或
- (ii)持有資訊科技／電腦學科的高級文憑，並最少有四年相關的資訊科技工作經驗；及
- (b)在系統開發方面，最少有兩年經驗，包括使用Oracle數據庫(版本10g或以上)、Oracle 開發工具(即PL/SQL、Oracle Forms版本6i或以上、Oracle Reports版本6i或以上及Pro*C)、SQL、UNIX中型電腦平台(IBM AIX版本5L或以上為佳)、Java、Java EE應用程式伺服器(如JBoss、WebSphere及Oracle WebLogic)、JSP、JavaScript及HTML；及
- (c)熟悉Java EE、Java EE應用程式架構(如Struts, Spring)、AJAX、微軟 .NET架構、XML、C# 及Visual Basic；以及
- (d)熟悉使用微軟視窗伺服器2003或以上版本、Lotus Notes、文件管理系統及地理資訊系統者更佳。
Candidates should have:-
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong degree in IT/Computer subjects, or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant IT experience ; OR
- (ii)a Higher Diploma in IT/Computer subjects with at least 4 years relevant IT experience; and
- (b)at least 2 years experience in system development using Oracle database (version 10g or above), Oracle Developer Tools (i.e. PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 6i or above, Oracle Reports 6i or above and Pro*C), SQL, UNIX midrange platform (IBM AIX 5L or above is preferable), Java, Java EE application servers (e.g. JBoss, WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic), JSP, JavaScript and HTML; and
- (c)familiar with Java EE, Java EE application framework (e.g. Struts, Spring), AJAX, Microsoft .NET framework, XML, C# and Visual Basic; and
- (d)familiar with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or above, Lotus Notes, Document Management System and GIS is desirable.
