職責
暑期實習人員主要負責－
(1) 就製作有關香港法律服務論壇(將於中國內地舉行)的小冊子、單張、邀請卡、邀請信、特稿、名牌等事宜，與協辦機構／承辦商聯絡；以及
(2) 安排把論壇物品送達會場、更新網站、分發請柬等。
Summer interns are mainly deployed to –
(1) liaise with co-organisers/ contractors on the production of brochures, leaflets, invitation cards, invitation letters, advertorial, name plates, etc. in relation to the Hong Kong Legal Services Forum to be held in the Mainland China; and
(2) arrange shipment of Forum materials to the venue, website update and distribution of invitations, etc..
入職條件
申請人須－
(1) 是香港特別行政區永久性居民；
(2) 是專上院校本科生或研究生課程的全日制學生；
(3) 在2007年之前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)考獲‘C’級或以上成績，又或在2007年起的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科考獲‘第3等級’或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
(4) 精通MS Office的應用程式；以及
(5) 操流利粵語及英語。
Applicants should –
(1) be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
(2) be full-time students of undergraduate or post-graduate programmes in post-secondary institutions;
(3) obtained Grade ‘C’ or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) of the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) taken before 2007, or ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE taken from 2007 onwards, or equivalent;
(4) be proficient in using MS Office application; and
(5) be fluent in both Cantonese and English.
