Summer interns are mainly deployed to –

• (1)liaise with co-organisers/ contractors on the production of brochures, leaflets, invitation cards, invitation letters, advertorial, name plates, etc. in relation to the Hong Kong Legal Services Forum to be held in the Mainland China; and
• (2)arrange shipment of Forum materials to the venue, website update and distribution of invitations, etc..

Applicants should –

• (1)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
• (2)be full-time students of undergraduate or post-graduate programmes in post-secondary institutions;
• (3)obtained Grade ‘C’ or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) of the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) taken before 2007, or ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE taken from 2007 onwards, or equivalent;
• (4)be proficient in using MS Office application; and
• (5)be fluent in both Cantonese and English.
