助理海事監督
Assistant Marine Controller
總薪級表第24點（每月港幣36,205元）至總薪級表第33點（每月港幣54,665元）[請參閱註(1)]
職責
助理海事監督主要負責協助海事主任／海事監督執行以下職務：
(a)與港口運作有關的職務，包括船舶交通管理、海港巡邏及污染控制；
(b)檢控工作；以及
(c)政府船隊運作及小輪船員培訓。
(註：或須(i)上班時穿着制服;(ii)輪班當值或上班候命工作；以及(iii)在本港或海外受訓。)
An Assistant Marine Controller is mainly deployed on assisting Marine Officers/Marine Controllers in:
(a)port service operations, including vessel traffic management, harbour services patrol and pollution control duties;
(b)prosecution duties; and
(c)government fleet operations and training of launch crew.
(Note :May be required to (i) wear uniform on duty; (ii) work shifts or undertake standby duties; and (iii) attend training courses either locally or overseas.)
入職條件
申請人必須具備以下資歷：
(a)(i)持有海事處處長簽發的二級（甲板高級船員）（遠洋航行）合格證書，或同等資歷；或 (ii)持有海事處處長簽發的二級（甲板高級船員）（遠洋航行）香港執照；或 (iii)持有海事處處長簽發的二級或以上（甲板高級船員）（內河航行）合格證書，並在取得資格後累積四年相關工作經驗；[請參閱註(2)] (b)能操流利粵語，中文讀寫能力俱佳；以及(c)能操流利英語，英文讀寫能力俱佳。
Candidates should:
(a)(i)have a Certificate of Competency (Deck Officer) (Seagoing) Class 2 issued by the Director of Marine, or equivalent; or
(ii)have a Hong Kong Licence (Deck Officer) (Seagoing) Class 2 issued by the Director of Marine; or
(iii)have a Certificate of Competency (Deck Officer) (River Trade) Class 2 or above issued by the Director of Marine with four years of relevant post-qualification experience; [See Note (2)]
(b) be able to speak fluent Cantonese, read and write good Chinese; and
(c) be able to speak fluent English, read and write good English.
入職條件(註)
(1)視乎當時的情況，具有較多相關遠洋航行工作經驗或同等工作經驗的人士，可能因為具備超出最低規定的工作經驗而獲給予額外增薪點；
(2)經驗年數現時未符上文入職條件(a)(iii)項的規定，但現正致力累積所需經驗年數的人士也可申請；申請人如獲錄用，必須於獲聘時在經驗年數方面符合要求才獲聘任；以及
(3)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。應徵者如獲邀參加遴選面試，會被安排於面試當日參加基本法筆試。筆試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。應徵者在基本法知識測試的表現，會用作評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
