職責
(a)協助宣傳圖書館及電影節目；及／或(b)協助檔案管理工作，包括更新資料庫。
(a) To provide PR support to promote library and film programmes and/or (b) to provide assistance in record management, including updating database.
入職條件
申請者(a)必須為香港特別行政區永久性居民及現時為香港或海外專上學院的全日制學生；(b)必須為學士學位課程的二年級或三年級學生，主修大眾傳播、新聞、公關或翻譯；(c)持有香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第3等級/C級或以上，或同等學歷(見註)；(d)熟識中文MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint及中文文書處理；以及(e)具有良好的中英語文能力及溝通技巧。
Applicants (a) must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are currently full-time students of post-secondary institutions in Hong Kong or overseas; (b) must be second/third year students of Bachelor degree course majoring in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or Translation; (c) should have attained Level 3/Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent (see Note); (d) have sound knowledge of Chinese MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; and (e) have good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
入職條件(註)
2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
