投資推廣署現正物色一位充滿幹勁的專業人士，加入我們的創新及科技團隊，擔任高級經理（人工智能及數據科學），推動我們在該領域的投資推廣工作。你將運用專業知識、行業經驗及人脈，推動香港成為全球研發合作及行業發展中心。你將與我們的全球網絡合作，吸引及協助來自內地及海外的公司，在香港及透過香港開設及／或拓展其業務。
要勝任以上職位，你須：
• 在香港及／或海外取得資訊及通訊科技行業（特別是人工智能及數據科學領域）的豐富專業知識和工作經驗；
• 在面向客戶的工作中，具備敏銳的商業觸覺及良好往績記錄，並在資訊及通訊科技行業中，具備良好市場推廣及業務拓展技巧；
• 在發掘潛在客戶方面具備卓越往績記錄，並能夠管理與業界相關持份者的關係，如科技園區、大學、研究機構、創新和共創實驗室、行業組織、投資者團體、企業等；
• 能以流利英語、廣東話及普通話溝通、作口頭報告，並具備出色的人際交往和公開演講技巧；
• 對香港的營商環境有充分認識及深入了解，熟悉粵港澳大灣區商機者更佳；以及
• 願意前往內地及海外公幹。
職責
(a) 制訂、推行及支援人工智能及數據科學行業的推廣活動，推動香港成為領先的創新科技中心；
(b) 實現業務指標並提供增值服務，協助內地及海外公司在香港開設及／或拓展其業務，並為已在港開展業務的公司提供後續服務；
(c) 與人工智能及數據科學／資訊及通訊科技行業持份者接觸並加強聯繫，提高我們在業界的知名度；
(d) 了解與人工智能及數據科學／資訊及通訊科技行業相關的最新知識及市場發展狀況，並制訂銷售信息、簡報及市場推廣資料；以及
(e) 執行其他受指派的行政及特別職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a passionate professional to join its Innovation and Technology team as Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science to drive our investment promotion work in this field. You will leverage your sector knowledge, industry experience and network to promote Hong Kong as an innovation and technology hub for global research collaboration and industry development. Working with our global network, you will be responsible for attracting and supporting leading companies from the Mainland and overseas to set up and/or expand their operations in and via Hong Kong.
You will need to demonstrate:
• extensive knowledge and work experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, in particular AI and data science, gained in Hong Kong and/or globally;
• strong business acumen and proven record of performance in client-facing activities with savvy marketing and business development skills in the ICT sector;
• excellent track record of generating leads and capable of managing relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, such as technology parks, universities, research institutions, innovation and co-creation labs, industrial organisations, investor groups, corporates, etc.;
• excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and public speaking skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• knowledge of and good understanding of Hong Kong’s business environment and familiarity of business opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area would be an advantage; and
• willingness to conduct Mainland and international travel.
Duties
(a) To develop, implement and support promotional activities in the AI and data science sector to promote Hong Kong as a leading innovation and technology hub;
(b) To achieve performance targets, and to provide value-added services to help Mainland and overseas companies to set up and/or expand in Hong Kong, and conduct aftercare services;
(c) To engage with the AI and data science / ICT ecosystem stakeholders to enhance our relationships and to raise our profile in this sector;
(d) To keep abreast of the AI and data science / ICT sector knowledge and market development, and to develop sales messages, presentations, and marketing materials; and
(e) To perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.
You will need to demonstrate:

(a) A minimum of five years’ full-time work experience in account management, business development, consulting, project management and/or sales and marketing in the ICT sector, preferably in AI & data science;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in science, technology, engineering, business administration, finance, economics, law, accounting, marketing or a related field. A higher degree would be an advantage;
(c) Good knowledge of and experience in the ICT ecosystem. Prior work experience in investment promotion or economic development would be an advantage;
(d) Extensive business networks within the ICT sector, including in the startup ecosystem and/or investment community; and
(e) A good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English. Proficiency in another language would be an advantage.
