- (a)協助評審主任進行有關行政長官卓越教學獎提名的評審工作，包括向候選人搜集及整理補充資料；把收到的提名進行分類；為驗證提名文件內的資料進行簡單研究；安排初步及詳細評審包括面談、訪校、觀課及進行攝錄與拍照；
- (b)為評審主任就有關評審報告的編輯提供行政支援；

職責
- (a)To assist the Assessment Officer in the assessment of nominations for the Chief Executive's Award for Teaching Excellence, including collecting and collating supplementary information from nominees; grouping / categorising nominations received; conducting simple research in verifying the information provided in the nominations under the guidance of the Assessment Officer; arranging initial and detailed assessment including interviews, school visits, class observations, video-shooting and photo-taking, etc.;
- (b)To provide logistical support to the Assessment Officer in connection with the compilation of the Assessment Report for the relevant Assessment Panel;
- (c)To set up and maintain a database on the nominations of the Chief Executive's Award for Teaching Excellence (2013/2014); and
- (d)To discharge any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科(包括中國語文或英國語文科)考獲第3級或同等或以上成績[參閱註(ii)]，或具同等學歷；或(ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科(包括中國語文或英國語文科)考獲第3級/C級或以上成績[參閱註(iii)]，或具同等學歷；
- (b)熟悉一般辦公室應用的電腦軟件如 Microsoft Office；以及
- (c)具有至少兩年與教育相關的工作經驗。

- (i)Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects (including English Language or Chinese Language) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [see Note (ii)], or equivalent; or
- (ii)Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects (including English Language or Chinese Language) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [see Note (iii)], or equivalent;
- (b)Well-versed in common office computer software such as Microsoft Office; and
- (c)At least 2 years' education-related working experience.
