職責
獲取錄的申請人會被調派負責領導和督導搬遷工作小組；監督各項圖書館服務(包括書籍流轉、圖書館資料分類和目錄編製、負責聯機搜尋和回答參考查詢的讀者諮詢服務，以及圖書館數據庫內部管理)；督導初級人員；以及執行上司指派的其他工作。獲取錄的申請人須輪班當值。
Selected candidate will be deployed on leading and supervising a relocation project team; overseeing the library services, including circulation of books, classification and cataloguing of library materials, provision of reader advisory services by conducting on-line searches and answering reference enquiries, and housekeeping of the library database; supervising junior staff; and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisors. Selected candidate will be required to perform shift duties.
入職條件
申請人必須－
(a)(i) 持有圖書館學或相關學科學士學位；或
(ii) 持有學士學位及具備圖書館學或相關學科深造程度資格；
(b) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註)或以上成績，或具同等成績；以及
(c) 在取得上述資格後，具有至少五年相關的圖書館工作經驗。
具備操作新世代綜合圖書館系統及╱或法律圖書館工作經驗者可獲優先考慮。
備註：獲取錄的申請人須於短期內上任。
Candidates should have –
(a) (i) a bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related discipline; or (ii) a bachelor’s degree with a post-graduate qualification in Library Science or related discipline;
(b) attained Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent; and
(c) at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in libraries.
Experience with managing Millennium, an Integrated Library System and/or working experience in a law library would be an advantage.
Remark : Successful candidate is required to assume duty shortly.

政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
