- (b)監察幼稚園校長證書課程的進度；
- (c)協助準備調查及數據，以供規劃和分析；
- (d)協助調整幼稚園校長及教師進修學費資助以及一筆過津貼的推行策略；
- (e)協助追還學費資助餘額；
- (f)處理校長及老師的課程學費發還申請；
- (g)監督籌辦工作坊等；以及
- (h)執行上司指派的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To provide professional support on matters related to kindergarten (KG) education including processing applications, monitoring the disbursement of subsidies, handling enquiries;
- (b)To assist in monitoring the progress the certification course for KG principals;
- (c)to assist in the preparation of survey and statistics for planning and analysis;
- (d)to assist in refining implementation strategies for Course Fee Subsidy to KG teachers/ principal as well as one-off grant for KGs and produce related documents;
- (e)to assist in the process of clawing back reimbursed subsidy;
- (f)To process course fee reimbursement applications from principals and teachers;
- (g)to assist in organizing various workshops; and
- (h)to perform other duties as required by supervisor.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級
註] 或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(c)在取得學士學位後，具備不少於1年以上在政府或教育機構從事行政工作的經驗優先；以及
(d)熟悉電腦操作及資訊科技應用，例如MS Word、MS Excel、MS Powerpoint、MS Access等。

- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2
Note] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)at least 1 years' post-degree working experience in administration in government or educational institutions preferred; and
- (d)good knowledge in PC operation and IT applications e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Access.
Remarks : Candidates should be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic; have a fine character and integrity; and be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English. Late Submission is not accepted.
