職責
合約土地測量師主要負責(a) 協助高級土地測量師從事測繪及管理地理信息系統、資訊系統及地圖製作系統的工作；(b) 管理測量小組，訓練並督導初級人員；及(c) 履行其他由上司分配的職務。
Contract Land Surveyors are mainly deployed to (a) support Senior Land Surveyors in conducting survey and mapping work as well as managing geographical information systems, information technology systems and mapping systems; (b) administer a survey unit and to provide guidance and training to junior staff; and (c) discharge any other duties as assigned by the senior officers.
入職條件
申請人必須(a) 為香港測量師學會土地測量組的正式會員，或具備同等專業資格；(b) 取得上述專業資格後，具備一年相關工作經驗；及(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績[註(1)和(2)]，或具同等成績。
Candidates should (a) be Corporate Members in the Land Surveying Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, or equivalent; (b) have had one-year’s appropriate post qualification experience; and (c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination[Notes (1) & (2)], or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)「E級」的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或以後的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第2級」的成績。(2)申請人倘若未能在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科達「第2級」或以上成績(或同等學歷)，但能有效地以中文和英文溝通，亦可提出申請。此類申請或可獲酌情處理。
