• (a)To provide clerical and secretarial support for conduct of 2023 Rural Ordinary Election, Rural By-elections and Rural Committee Elections.
• (b)To enter the applications for new registration and change of registered particulars for IIR, ReR and KFR elections and update the voters’ records, and to take follow-up actions if required.
• (c)To conduct site inspection for the delineation of electoral boundaries and registration and verification of voters.
• (d)To assist in identifying venues as polling stations and following up with necessary repair works, and to provide support for logistic arrangements for polling and counting stations.
• (e)To assist in logistic arrangements for candidate’s briefing and lots drawing as well as the polling and counting stations.
• (f)To perform any other related duties as and when required.

Candidaes should have -

• (a)
  • (i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in Hong Kong Diploma of

Secondary Education Examation (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or

• (ii)Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education

Examation (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent;

• (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
• (c)Knowledge of computer software including Chinese and English Word-processing skills, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
