有關監製會擔任以下各項職務：(a)負責督導公共事務組的所有英文電視節目製作；(b)構思電視節目；(c)策劃和設計節目內容；(d)進行訪問、拍攝及剪接／編輯工作；(e)負責督導及管理其他編導的製作；(f)處理人事／資源管理、包括控制製作經費、版權管理及本組其他支援服務的相關事宜。(註：需不定時／通宵／周末工作。)
職責
- (a)to oversee and direct the production of all the TV English output of Public & Current Affairs section;
- (b)to formulate TV programme ideas;
- (c)to plan and design programme contents;
- (d)to conduct interview, filming and editing work;
- (e)to coach and supervise producers in all aspects of their work;
- (f)to handle matters relating to staff / resources management, including budget control, copyrights management and other supporting services of the section.
Note:
Required to work irregular hours / over-night shifts / weekends

- (ii)持有香港大專院校頒授的認可副學士學位或認可高級文憑，或具同等學歷，並具備八年相關的工作經驗，其中最少兩年為製作時事電視／電台節目的經驗，以及兩年有關電視製作的督導經驗；或
- (iii)持有香港大專院校頒授的認可文憑，或具同等學歷，並具備十年相關的工作經驗，其中最少兩年為製作時事電視／電台節目的經驗，以及兩年有關電視製作的督導經驗；或
- (iv)在香港中學文憑考試有五科考獲第3等級或以上成績，或具有同等學歷 [請參閱註釋(1)&(2)]，並具備十一年的相關工作經驗，其中最少兩年為製作時事電視／電台節目的經驗，以及兩年有關電視製作的督導經驗；或
- (v)在香港高級程度會考有兩科考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另有三科考獲第3等級／C級或以上成績，或具有同等學歷[請參閱註釋(2)&(3)]，並具備十一年的相關工作經驗，其中最少兩年為製作時事電視／電台節目的經驗，以及兩年有關電視製作的督導經驗；或
- (vi)在香港中學文憑考試英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，而另有四科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具有同等學歷 [請參閱以下註釋(1)]，並具備十二年的相關工作經驗，其中最少兩年為製作時事電視／電台節目的經驗，以及兩年有關電視製作的督導經驗；或
- (vii)在香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，而另有四科考獲第2等級/E級或以上成績，或具有同等學歷[請參閱以下註釋(3)]，並具備十二年的相關工作經驗，其中最少兩年為製作時事電視／電台節目的經驗，以及兩年有關電視製作的督導經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具有同等學歷[請參閱以下註釋(3)] 。
申請人如－
- (i)具備達到廣播標準的優良書面和口語英語水平；
- (ii)有製作電視藝術及文化節目的經驗；
- (iii)有影像攝製、非線性編輯、新聞報導、撰稿、訪問及錄影廠錄影製作的技能和經驗；
- (iv)熟悉本地時事及公共事務；
- (v)能在日常工作中以粵語或普通話溝通；及
- (vi)能獨立工作
則更為理想。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent; and 6 years’ experience in broadcasting or journalism, of which at least 2 years’ experience in TV / Radio current affairs programme production and 2 years’ supervisory experience in TV production; OR
- (ii)an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 8 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience in TV / Radio current affairs programme production and 2 years’ supervisory experience in TV production; OR
- (iii)an accredited diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 10 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience in TV / Radio current affairs programme production and 2 years’ supervisory experience in TV production; OR
- (iv)Level 3 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [See Notes
- (1)& (2)]; and 11 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience in TV / Radio current affairs programme production and 2 years’ supervisory experience in TV production; OR
- (v)Grade E or above in 2 subjects at advanced level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Notes
- (2)& (3)]; and 11 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience in TV / Radio current affairs programme production and 2 years’ supervisory experience in TV production; OR
- (vi)Level 2 or above in English Language together with 4 other subjects at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the HKDSEE, or equivalent [See Note (1)]; and 12 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience in TV / Radio current affairs programme production and 2 years’ supervisory experience in TV production; OR
- (vii)Level 2 or above in English Language together with 4 other subjects at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent [See Note (3)]; and 12 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience in TV / Radio current affairs programme production and 2 years’ supervisory experience in TV production; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language in the HKCEE / HKDSEE, or equivalent [See Note (3)].
Candidates who possess –
- (i)excellent command of written and spoken English reaching the standard of broadcasting level;
- (ii)experience in producing TV arts & culture programmes;
- (iii)substantial skills and experience relating to filming, non-linear editing, news reporting, script writing, conducting interview and studio recording;
- (iv)good knowledge in Hong Kong public affairs;
- (v)ability to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin in daily work; and
- (vi)ability to work independently
will have an advantage.
