職責
領導系統支援小組及與承辦商合作,保持/改善聯絡中心電話基礎設施及通訊系統的表現、穩定及復原力;進行系統更新以達到服務要求;研發、執行和檢討管理通訊系統以配合運作需要;監管負責維修的承辦商表現及進行故障管理;以及為中心系統提供改善建議,以提升中心服務的效率及效能。或須於通宵、星期六、日或公眾假期期間不定時工作,以及在惡劣天氣(包括颱風及黑色暴雨)期間工作。獲聘用者會被調派至本港任何一個地區的1823辦公室工作。
To lead a system support team and work with external contractors to maintain / improve the performance, reliability and resilience of the contact centre’s telephony infrastructure and communications systems; to perform system changes to meet service requirements; to develop, implement and review the communications systems to meet operational needs; to monitor performance of maintenance contractor and perform fault management; and to initiate and identify enhancement of contact centre system for more efficient and effective delivery of services to public. May be required to work at overnight, and irregular hours during weekdays as well as public holidays, and in inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm. The successful candidates are subject to deployment to any offices of 1823 in any district of Hong Kong.

申請人必須-
(a) (i) 持有本港大學頒發的資訊科技、資訊系統、計算機科學、工程或相關學科學士學位,或具備同等學歷;並在取得學歷後累積最少5年資訊及通訊科技界的工作經驗,其中最少3年為聯絡中心項目管理、項目工程及系統架構和1年聯絡中心管理亞美亞 Avaya Aura Contact Centre系統和NICE 錄音錄屏系統,及互動語音系統發展的工作經驗 (月薪46,820元);或
(ii) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績[註1],或具同等學歷;或在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績[註2],或具同等學歷;並具備15年資訊及通訊科技界的工作經驗,其中最少10年為聯絡中心項目管理、項目工程及系統架構和3年聯絡中心管理亞美亞 Avaya Aura Contact Centre系統和NICE 錄音錄屏系統,及互動語音系統發展的工作經驗 (月薪44,590元);及
(b) 具備良好中文及英文書寫及會話溝通技巧。
Candidates should have -
(a) (i) a Hong Kong bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent; plus a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification working experience in information and communications technology industry, of which at least 3 years’ working experience in contact centre project management, project engineering and system architecture and 1 year’s working experience in the management of Avaya Aura Contact Centre and NICE Voice Screen Recording System, and telephony Interactive Voice Recognition System development in contact centre ($46,820 per month); or
(ii) attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; plus 15 years’ working experience in information and communications technology industry, of which at least 10 years’ working experience in contact centre project management, project engineering and system architecture and 3 years’ working experience in the management of Avaya Aura Contact Centre and NICE Voice Screen Recording System, and telephony Interactive Voice Recognition System development in contact centre ($44,590 per month); and
(b) good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
入職條件(註)
1. 政府在聘任時,香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績,以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績;香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
2. 政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
