(a) To assist in the overall management of the Enhanced Smart Teen Project to be conducted in the Fire Services Training School; (b) To organize and conduct training activities for teachers and students; (c) To implement safety measures for all trainings; (d) To maintain conduct and discipline of all trainees; (e) To counsel and guide the trainees, when necessary; (f) To assist in the preparation of training programmes, schedules and materials, etc.; (g) To assist in the management of the uniform store and inventory; (h) To ensure good working order of all training aids and equipment under custody; (i) To arrange domestic facilities for trainees; (j) To assist in the procurement of equipment and uniform; and (k) To perform any other duties as directed by seniors and the Senior Station Officers of the Fire Services Training School.

Candidates should have: (a) Completed Secondary 5 or equivalent or holder of a Senior Fireman (Operational) Certificate issued by Hong Kong Fire Services Department and a minimum of 5 years' working experience in Hong Kong Fire Services; (b) Ability to read, write and speak Chinese fluently; (c) Ability to understand and speak simple English; (d) Good physical condition to carry out outdoor activities; (e) A strong sense of discipline, outgoing character and good communication skills; and (f) Preference will be given to candidates who have : (i) experience of conducting training of uniform groups or disciplinary forces for youth; (ii) physical training experience, fire fighting experience and related instructional experience; (iii) skills of abseiling; and (iv) working experience in the local disciplinary forces.
