- (a)為語常會幼兒語文小組/語常會幼稚園英語小组提供行政支援 [參閱備註]；

職責
- (a)To provide general administrative, executive and logistic support to SCOLAR Early Childhood Language Team / SCOLAR Kindergarten English Language Team [see Remarks];
- (b)To monitor and handle financial and accounting matters;
- (c)To handle procurement-related and filing matters; and
- (d)To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisors.
Remarks : The Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) was established in 1996 to advise the Government on language education issues in general as well as on the use of the Language Fund.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)]；
- (b)於香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(ii)]；
- (c)於取得學位後，具備最少兩年行政及項目管理工作經驗；
- (d)具備極佳的組織能力、溝通技巧及人際關係；
- (e)具備良好的電腦知識，有網頁管理經驗為佳；
- (f)能在緊逼的時間及壓力下工作；以及
- (g)曾於政府部門或教育機構工作者可獲優先考慮。
備註：申請人須接受面試和筆試。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [see Note (i)];
- (b)Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
- (c)At least 2 years' experience in administration and project management;
- (d)Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- (e)Good computer skills, preferably with website management experience;
- (f)Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure; and
- (g)Preference will be given to candidates who have working experience in the government or educational organisations.
Remarks : Applicants will be required to attend and interview and a written test.
