The successful candidate will be required to –

• (a)oversee and manage the contractors for conducting studies to improve the accuracy of the vehicle emission model;
• (b)liaise with other governmental bodies, local and overseas contractors and suppliers for collecting information related to vehicle emission estimation;
• (c)check data, collate returns for vehicle emission measurements and data analysis; and
• (d)prepare tender documents and perform other administrative duties.

Applicants should have –

• (a)a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• (b)have met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent

(Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.); and (c) minimum 3 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in office administration or project management.
