Contract Domestic Servant (Financial Secretary's Official Residence)

職責
合約傭工的主要職責是在財政司司長官邸提供家居服務，包括清潔打掃、洗燙、宴會烹調和備席、招待酒會賓客等；也需要協助安排保養、維修和更換家居物品及陳設；及執行由上級所指派的工作。(註：合約傭工須穿着制服、不定時工作和輪班當值，包括在晚間、週末及公眾假期工作，以及因應運作需要留宿候命。超時工作以補假作償。)
A Contract Domestic Servant is mainly deployed on provision of domestic services, including cleaning, tidying-up places, laundry and ironing work, cooking and preparing for banquets, serving of guests in receptions, etc. in the Financial Secretary's Official Residence. A Contract Domestic Servant is also required to assist in arranging maintenance, repairing and replacement of household items and furnishings; and to perform other duties assigned by senior officers. (Note: A Contract Domestic Servant is required to wear uniform, work irregular hours and on shift duty including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and stay overnight in the Residence if necessary due to operational needs. Overtime work will be compensated by time-off in lieu.)

(a) 具備家居服務(如清潔打掃及洗燙)，或在大戶家庭或大型機構(如會所、酒店或食肆)招待賓客的經驗；
(b) 懂烹飪；
(c) 能操流利粵語、簡單英語和普通話；
(d) 能閱讀及書寫中文和簡單英文；以及
(e) 具備良好的人際及溝通技巧。

Candidates should -
(a) have experience in performing domestic work (e.g. cleaning, tidying-up places, laundry and ironing work), or serving guests in a large household or establishment (e.g. clubs, hotels or restaurants);
(b) be able to cook;
(c) be able to communicate in fluent Cantonese, simple English and Putonghua;
(d) be able to read and write Chinese and simple English; and
(e) have good interpersonal and communication skills.
