- (a)為於香港及內地舉辦與知識産權貿易相關的宣傳活動提供行政及後勤支援；
- (b)協助籌辦展覽會及研討會，包括協助現場籌備工作及需要時須外出工作；
- (c)維持及更新知識産權署各個網站內的資料；
- (d)處理有關宣傳活動的查詢；以及
- (e)執行監督所指派的其他工作。

職責
- (a)Provide administrative and logistical support for organising various publicity events/activities especially related to IP trading held in Hong Kong and the Mainland;
- (b)Assist the organisation of exhibitions and seminars, including on-site support and outdoor work as required;
- (c)Maintain and update the content in IPD’s websites;
- (d)Handle enquiries related to publicity events/activities;
- (e)perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
入職條件
申請人須具備以下條件－
- (a)
- (i)持香港其中一間理工學院/理工大學/香港專業教育學院的高級文憑(主修商業學或市場學為佳)，或香港高等院校頒發並獲認可的副學士學位(主修商業學或市場學為佳)，或同等學歷；或
- (ii)中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等

- (iii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級

(c)能操流利粵語及英語，懂普通話者更佳；
(d)熟悉電腦及軟件應用，包括文書處理(包括中文輸入法)、表格(MS Excel)、PowerPoint及Photoshop、具HTML基本知識者更佳；以及
(e)在取得學歷後，具備最少三年有關市場或籌組項目工作經驗。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)a Higher Diploma (preferably in Business or Marketing) from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university/Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or an accredited Associate Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; or
- (ii)Level 2 or equivalent

- (c)be able to speak English and fluent Cantonese, knowledge of speaking Putonghua will be an advantage;
- (d)be able to operate PC applications and software including MS Word (including Chinese Word Processing), MS Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop, and basic knowledge of using HTML language will be an advantage; and
- (e)have at least three years’ post-qualification working experience in marketing or event organizing field.

- (1)政府在聘用非公務員合約員工時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在 行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
