支援於中學舉行有關推廣香港工業的講座，當中包括：
- (1)聯絡相關的工商組織和講者；
- (2)發出邀請；
- (3)處理查詢及就有關安排與學校聯絡；
- (4)於講座舉行時提供支援；
- (5)講座舉行後，收集有關學校對講座的意見並擬備報告；及
- (6)執行上司委派的任何其他職務。
職責
Provide support in matters related to the arrangement of talks in secondary schools to promote Hong Kong industries, including :
- (1)liaising with relevant trade associations and speakers;
- (2)sending invitations;
- (3)handling enquiries and liaising with schools on the arrangements;
- (4)providing on-site support during the talks;
- (5)collecting feedback from schools and preparing reports after the talks; and
- (6)performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須
- (a)為香港特別行政區永久性居民 ;
- (b)於2015/16學年在專上院校修讀全日制本科課程的學生；
- (c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級
註(1)] 或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
(d)熟悉Microsoft Office軟件的操作；及
(e)操流利粵語及英語。
Candidates should
- (a)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
- (b)be full-time students of undergraduate programmes in post-secondary institutions in the school year 2015/16 ;
- (c)have attained ‘Level 3’ or above in English Language and Chinese Language
Note (1)] in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (d)be proficient in using MS Office applications; and
- (e)be fluent in both Cantonese and English.

- (1)政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。
