- (a)協助管理中期人口統計服務中心或工作站和處理有關 2016 年中期人口統計的查詢及其他相關職務；
- (b)在 2016 年中期人口統計期間協助訓練統計員；
- (c)在外勤統計主任的督導下，透過電話及上門訪問選定的住戶及工商機構，搜集及核實統計資料，並協助受訪者填寫問卷；以及
- (d)須戶外工作。
職責
- (a)To assist in manning By-census Services Centre or field centres and to handle enquiries related to the 2016 Population By-census and other related duties;
- (b)To assist in training the enumerators during the 2016 Population By-census;
- (c)To collect and verify statistical information and assist respondents in completing the survey forms by conducting telephone interviews and visiting sampled households and business establishments under the supervision of Census and Survey Officers; and
- (d)Outdoor work is required.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第 2 級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第 2 級(註3)／E 級或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第 2 級(註3)或以上成績，或具同等成績；及
- (c)能閱讀及書寫中文及英文；以及
- (d)操流利粵語、普通話及英語。
- (a)
- (i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
- (ii)Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
- (c)able to read and write Chinese and English; and
- (d)able to speak fluent Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目 C 級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第 3 級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目 E 級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第 2 級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)政府在聘任時，2007 年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C 級及 E 級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同 2007 年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第 3 級和第 2 級成績。
- (4)申請人須具備基本電腦操作知識。
- (5)具有相關外勤統計工作經驗者優先。
