• (a)To process applications for the Low-Income Working Family Allowance (LIFA) Scheme;
• (b)To handle public enquiries and complaints in relation to the LIFA Scheme;
• (c)To oversee the counter service and supervise the work of general clerk;
• (d)To handle general office administrative duties; and
• (e)To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Note: The successful candidate

• (s)may be required to work irregular hours on shift and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

• (a)Attained five subjects at Level 2/Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [see Note 1] (including Chinese Language, English Language [see Note 2] and Mathematics);
• (b)a minimum of five years’ full-time working experience in administration work or financial subsidy scheme administration and at least two years at supervisory level, with relevant experience in the Government/public sector organization being an advantage;
• (c)good command of both Chinese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua or other languages is an advantage [see Note 3];
• (d)equipped with good computer knowledge; and
• (e)good interpersonal and communication skills.
