職責
(a) 處理低收入在職家庭津貼計劃的申請;
(b) 處理發放低收入在職家庭津貼的付款管制事宜;
(c) 負責有關低收入在職家庭津貼計劃的行政工作,例如處理公眾人士的查詢和覆核/上訴等;
(d) 就簡介會及諮詢會提供支援;
(e) 督導文職人員的工作;以及
(f) 處理由上級指派的其他工作。
註:受聘人須視乎部門的運作需要而不定時工作及於星期六、日及公眾假期上班。
(a) To process applications for the Low-Income Working Family Allowance (LIFA) Scheme;
(b) To perform payment control matters for disbursement of allowance under the LIFA Scheme;
(c) To perform administrative work in relation to the LIFA Scheme such as handling public enquiries and requests for review/appeal;
(d) To provide support in briefing and enquiry sessions;
(e) To supervise the work of clerical staff; and
(f) Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Note: The successful candidate(s) may be required to work irregular hours on shift and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
入職條件
申請人必須 –
(a) 持有本港大學學士學位或同等學歷;
(b) 於取得上述學歷後,有最少三年全職行政工作經驗,並在政府部門/公營機構有督導階層工作經驗或管理須經入息及資產審查資助計劃的工作經驗者佔優;
(c) 中英文俱佳,並在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「2 級」成績,或具備同等成績[參見下文註解];
(d) 具備良好電腦應用知識;以及
(e) 人際關係及溝通技巧俱佳。
Candidates should have-
(a) a degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification full-time working experience in administration work, with experience at supervisory level in the Government/public sector organization or experience in administering Government means-tested assistance scheme being an advantage;
(c) good command of both Chinese and English and have met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (please refer to the Note below);
(d) equipped with good computer knowledge; and
(e) good interpersonal and communication skills.
入職條件(註)
香港高級程度會考英語運用科或 General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的2級成績。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的2級成績。
