- (a)負責資訊科技項目管理、承辦商管理、資訊科技採購及監督項目發展，測試和推行過程；(b)擔任與基本設施系統事宜有關的技術主管；(c)執行和領導資訊科技人員為部門的電腦系統和用戶提供日常的系統管理和技術支援；(d)管理求助台運作、資訊科技庫存物料，以及業務應用系統及基本設施系統的保養；以及(e)為資訊科技安全事項提供建議及協助部門遵守有關資訊科技安全的政策和指引。
職責
To
- (a)be responsible for IT project management, vendor management, IT procurement and oversee project development, testing and implementation processes;
- (b)serve as the technical lead on matters of infrastructure systems;
- (c)perform and lead IT staff to provide day-to-day system administration and technical support to departmental IT systems and users;
- (d)manage the helpdesk operation, the IT inventory and the maintenance of business application systems and infrastructure systems; and
- (e)advise on IT security related matters and assist the CPU in complying to security policies and guidelines.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港大學頒授的電腦科學／電腦學或相關學科的學位，或具同等學歷；(b)在香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，或在香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績
註(1)] ，或具同等學歷；(c)在取得學歷資格後，在資訊科技界具備不少於六年工作經驗；其中最少兩年在具規模的機構擔任系統分析主任職位，或同等職級，推行大型資訊科技項目，專責資訊管理、擬備招標文件、審議標書、承辦商管理、資訊科技項目管理、資訊科技保安管理、收集用戶需求資料，以及系統推行和管理；(d)在(i)管理IBM Lotus Notes Domino; (ii)管理Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Domain Name Service及DHCP伺服器；(iii)管理數據備份及系統還原工具；
- (iv)大型電腦網絡管理, 包括網絡規劃、路由器及網絡交換器配置、保安管理和系統復原配置; 及(v)管理桌面電腦和流動裝置各工作範圍，具備不少於三年的實際經驗；以及(e)具良好人際技巧、有責任感及能獨立工作。持有MCSA, CCNP, PMP, CISSP或CISA專業證書者，可獲優先考慮。
Applicants should have
- (a)a degree in Computer Science or Computer Studies or related discipline/subjects from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
- (b)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE, or Level 2/Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE
Note(1)] , or equivalent;
- (c)at least 6 years’ post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years as Systems Analyst or a comparable capacity implementing major IT projects in a sizable organization with emphasis on information management, IT project tender preparation and evaluation, vendor management, IT project management, IT security management, user requirements collection, system implementation and management;
- (d)at least 3 years’ hands-on practical experience in
- (i)administration of IBM Lotus Notes Domino;
- (ii)administration of Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Domain Name Service and DHCP server;
- (iii)administration of backup and recovery tools;
- (iv)management of sizable computer networks, including network planning, router and switch configuration, security management and resilience configuration; and
- (v)management of desktop and mobile devices; and
- (e)good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and responsibly. Possession of MCSA, CCNP, PMP, CISSP or CISA certifications would be an advantage.
